I 💕 Rio Mambo that's way it pains me to write this post. The service we received was subpar mediocre, & down right lazy. The hostess was clearly locked into her phone - no greeting. Patio & restrooms area was not clean at all. Multiple severs pass by the table no greeting. Server took 15 mins to greet us then an additional 15 minutes to receive chips and drinks from the bar. Drinks came out watered down because the margarita machine supposedly was messed up. However I ordered another drink and it came out perfect. Meaning our first round sat @the bar for while. The server started paying more attention when we started ordering high ticket items. He became extra friendly & suggested more menu items. When we decline those extra menu items right back to mediocre & poor service. An additional 20 minutes to receive the check after our meal! Shout out to the kitchen staff they were the real superstars. Our food came out amazing! This was a quick celebratory dinner for a job promotion. We normally go to the Rio Mambo in Arlington. Whoever's running that ship runs great restaurant!

Stepping into Rio Mambo in Fort Worth was like willingly signing up for disappointment. The "Fort Worth Margarita" was a masterpiece of false advertising. They promised Korbel but served Cook's instead, a bait-and-switch that screams cheap and lazy. This concoction was essentially a headache in a glass, the kind of drink that makes you question your will to live. And the nachos? They were a culinary disaster, akin to my 10-year-old's misguided attempts at impressing me with a microwaved mess. If you're into self-torture, by all means, visit Rio Mambo. One star, only because negative stars aren't an option. By the way I seriously contemplated leaving Forth Worth after eating here tonight. I came to my senses upon reflecting that the people of this city in general are good, it’s the owners of these establishments leading to the above issue’s.

This. ALL of this. Hands down the best restaurant in City View. The food is always outstanding. Service even better. The place is always packed for good reason. I spent 13 years in the food and beverage industry and this GM and KM have this down to a SCIENCE. If this isn't the #1 grossing store IT SHOULD BE. This place is my wife and I's favorite and our #1 destination. The staff is super welcoming and accommodating. I would wait all day for the Holbrooks (I'm sure that's named after someone), but the dish is so tasty, it deserves a category of its own. The attention to detail here shows the dedication of a solid leader. The place is clean, the food is good, and the service is amazing. Please give my regards to the GM...and if you haven't promoted him yet...please do so before I recruit him or her. We will miss you!

I love Rio Mambo and for about 3 years now I’ve been part of a support group of 6-12 people meeting here for brunch every month. A couple of weeks ago we were told by the waitress that she can only take 3 orders at a time in her wee i pad, so our group had to divide up into groups of 2 or 3 to order then one person in each group had to pay and the others paid that person back. Not at all convenient if everyone wants to use a credit or debit card! When I inquired about this new policy I was told that groups of 15 or more would have to choose from a set menu of 4 items and no individual tickets, only one ticket. This change is very inconvenient and restrictive for customers. In our group some people order from the brunch menu and others order from the main menu. I was told this was to make things easier for the wait staff because they are very short staffed. Another support group I belong to go to another Rio Mambo and were told the same thing and they cancelled their reservation. My group is now in the process of finding another restaurant to take our business to. I think you are going to lose customers on this and remember word of mouth travels fast. Update review on 2/6/22. My group went for brunch on this date and everything was great, back to normal. We got individual tickets and had a great waiter. The only thing was that we couldn’t sit in the back area as requested because they said they didn’t have wait staff for back there. However I guess some came in because they were seat people there...

5 Stars – Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish!

Dining at Rio Mambo was truly an exceptional experience, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly smiles and seated quickly, even though the restaurant was clearly popular and bustling. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between lively and comfortable, with tasteful décor and a welcoming vibe that sets the tone for a great meal.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. We started with their chips and salsa—crisp, warm chips paired with a fresh and flavorful salsa that had just the right amount of kick. For our entrees, we ordered the steak fajitas and the shrimp enchiladas. Both dishes were beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The fajitas arrived sizzling hot, tender and juicy with generous portions, and the enchiladas were creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor.

The drinks were just as impressive. Their signature margaritas are a must-try—balanced, refreshing, and dangerously good!

Service was attentive, professional, and friendly without being intrusive. Our server made sure we had everything we needed and offered excellent recommendations.

Rio Mambo is more than just a meal—it’s an experience. Whether it’s a date night, family dinner, or special celebration, this place hits the mark every time. A definite...

First time going yesterday on September 4th around 4pm. I had a male waiter with blonde hair. He kept coughing and had very poor hygiene which made me not trust the food he kept bringing out. It also took them a very long time to bring us nachos, drinks etc. Luckily, several other waiters stepped in to check on us and ask how we were doing. Overall, customer service I felt we could have had a better waiter he didn’t really connect with us and towards the end he tried to make a joke saying “ that will be $256 then laughed. It wasn’t funny to me and felt as if he was trying to connect after it was time to pay the bill. Honestly, I won’t be coming back, the food was okay, they kept getting my order wrong and the waiter would say “ I told them” then would grab stuff from my plate and take a million years to come back. Also I asked for my beans on the side and realized I didn’t get that. When I asked for my pico del Gallo the waiter said “ I don’t like it it’s spicy to me”. So you didn’t bring it because YOU don’t like it? Honestly I had a bad experience and feel like a paid $84 and still felt hungry and not satisfied. I left a tip to be nice but I really shouldn’t have. In conclusion I won’t be coming back. I decided to try this place out because of the reviews and drove over 30+ minutes and was...
