SIETE — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I've been here three times now. The first time I was here it was great. The service was good and the atmosphere was great. But my two subsequent visits have changed my mind as to coming here.

The second time I considered a fluke. I went on a night they had cover. Now, I understand cover pays for live bands and all of that but how are you going to attempt to charge full cover on stone coming in 20 mins to close. So I wrote off this time as a fluke.

The third time I visited I had one beer and when cashing out grabbed a redbull. Now, Im not here to complain about prices of anything. What irritates me is the automatic 5% venue fee AND 15% GRATUITY that was charged to my card for a single beer and a redbull. The thing is is probably would have tipped more than the gratuity if they hadn't charged it so a 14$ tab was a 19$ tab simply off of outrageous fees charged at the time of cashing out. I went in with a friend tonight and the bartenders were fantastic! There was a temporary bartender (no bartenders to work, so they got friends to help out) training a new girl and there were no managers there or even the cook. The bartenders I believe their names were Diana and Ashlynn and they were phenomenal and grave great service and had great customer interaction. I would totally come back to see these girls as they made the experience! It was dead when we came but it was great because of them. Big shoutout to those ladies! I wish the management took their job as seriously as the bartenders they had working tonight. If I had wanted to get food, I would have had to wait until someone came back to be able to make it for me. Kind of a weird scenario if you ask me. Visited this restaurant with a group of friends and had an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming—perfect for a laid-back night out. The food was flavorful, well-presented, and exceeded expectations across the board.
