Seriously this place has gone downhill and it's a sad scene which unfortunately I have had to watch having been around these parts since back when this spot was one of the better Sonic's around the area but they was quite awhile ago and it has since become a dreaded place of misery . Seem to only hire people who don't really either care about the job or the customers or just are lazy, don't want to work, or not qualified to take a order and consistently, everytine I go here, something gets screwed up with my order. Either it's missing items, ice cold, the wrong items, totally under cooked or over cooked, or they totally jip you on your toppings when it comes to ice cream products or anything containing chilli , cheese, peppers , fries , tots, onion rings and popcorn chicken. If you order 3 you get 2 and a half. If you order 2 and a half you might get 6 you never know and it's really annoying being served the wrong order cold with a cherry limeaid that tastes like straight up Sprite and a dash of lime and cherry not even containing one single line slice or physical cherry yet managed to fill the cup with ice half a once from the rim leaving almost no room for any actual. Drink so that's gone in like 3 or 4 drinks then choking down a cold meal I didn't order cause I'm sick of waiting an hour for some one to come and fix your mistake and afterwards going to eat my Sonic blast which should not be called a blast cause it's more like a small thud and upon removing the lid discovering the joke I've been served, like no toppings hardly and no whip cream maybe a squirt but I can't really tell if it's cream or a booger and beneath that , in a large cup mind you, ice cream up to half the cup when I had ordered a large yet you think I'm stupid or just in s rush and won't say something or will just take it. Well if you like to take it, then go ahead and bend over at your local sonic but I think I've had my fill of half hearted burgers and sad shakes and bad service for a while . Read morestopped in this evening to get dinner, "BIG Mistake" they got the order wrong, and what they did bring us was not fit to feed a dog. Everything tasted like they just poured salt over it. my wife ordered a footlong chili cheese dog and she got chili tots that were not edible. Most Sonic drive-ins are ok for a quick meal, not this location, I can't even describe how bad the meal was and don't even bother trying to complain, your complaint will fall on deaf ears. I can't help but think about all the quality restaurants that have gone out of business in the last year and we are left with a place like this.

Here is my Reply to them: Thank you for your response and attention to this matter. I appreciate your offer, but I also feel that you just do not understand your customers concerns. When you and or your crew members give your customers food that is clearly prepared incorrectly either directly or indirectly and the food is inedible and the small amount that was ingested leaves you ill for 24 hours and you offer a free 6" chili cheese dog? We spent over $30.00 dollars on bad food, had diarrhea and an upset stomach for 24 hours and you offered me a $2.00 hot dog. You either get some type of sick enjoyment out of insulting your customers or you are so out of touch with the true meaning of customer service you should find another person to handle your customer service complaints. We had been sitting there waiting a good 20 minutes for our order to be taken when the guy finally comes on the speaker right at 11:00, asks me what I’d like to order and then proceeds to cut me off as I’m trying to tell him what I’d like and says ‘oh never mind mam sorry we’re closed’. I told him we had been waiting 20 minutes but got no response back. I hit the red button again only for him to again tell me they are closed.
I stopped the carhop that came out with someone else’s order and again reiterated that we had been waiting 20 minutes and we would like our order to be taken. It was late, we were hungry but all she said to me was that the guy who spoke to me on the speaker is the manager and if he’s not gonna take my order then he’s just not gonna take my order.
I would understand if we had shown up 5 minutes or less before closing time but we sat there waiting for someone to take our order for 20 minutes! If we had already been waiting for a good amount of time before closing then I feel like it should be good practice and courteous to go ahead and take our order.
