This is the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. I love Wendy's, but I hate and despise this location. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It does not matter who is working, the staff and customer service is always terrible. May last experience at this location included me placing a mobile order via the app to limit the interaction between myself and the staff. I received confirmation that my order was received and to alert the drive through when I arrived. When I arrived, I was advised to wait à second. I waited 4 minutes before the voice returned and said "Hello?", like it was phone call that had been placed on hold. I responded back "Hello" and they advised me to wait again. After another 3 minutes, they return to the speaker. I advised them of my mobile order. The voice claimed that they did not have the order. I explained that I had a confirmation number for my order. They can be heard not speaking directly to me but to either a peer or themselves about having to make this order. They spoke directly to me saying "ohhh that order was just picked up". I didn't understand as I was not the person who picked up the order I submitted. I drove to the window to speak to them directly. They told me that they did not have the order but could make it. Then changed tune and said they actually do have the order and they were making it now. Then they asked me what the order was. I asked how could you have my order if someone else picked it up? They said that was not the case. They asked what my order included. I began to explain my order but the person in the windows facial expressions and tone were completely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable when I came to allow them to handle my food. I asked for a refund. I was advised that they do not do refunds. I have submitted a complaint via Wendy's customer service requesting a refund and compensation for my experience equal to my order amount. Read moreTried to take my son out and went to this Wendy's for the Krabby Patty Meal. When I got to the drive thru speaker, I was greeted with "I'll be with you in a minute" after waiting FIVE MINUTES of radio silence, I attempted three times to reach someone through the speaker to figure out what was going on. I finally gave up and drove up to the window to have some girl give me a smug look through the window and then proceed to tell me she TOLD me she'd be with me in a minute. When my attempt to use logic to explain to her that making someone wait for over FIVE minutes at a fast food drive through with NO response or follow-up, failed, another smartbutt kid decided to chime in from behind her to say the same thing. All of this while the manager was standing right next to them and said absolutely nothing! The sad part was all that needed to happen was the girl provide even the slightest bit of follow-up to explain the long wait and this could have all been avoided...but nope! Read moreI would give 0 stars if I could because my experience with this Wendy's location was as bad as I could ever imagine. I placed a curbside order for this location on 8/17/2021. I went and parked in the curbside parking, easily visible by their drive thru employees. I sat there for about 30 minutes, during which no employee ever came out, and I sent my son in to find out why it was taking so long to get my order. They stated they did not receive my order. I checked the app as well as my bank account and both confirmed my order went through and I was charged. I sent my son back in with my app receipt to show the general manager, and the manager told my son there was "nothing they could do". I work in customer service and I know for a fact a manager has the power to do something about this situation.
