I cannot express how disappointing and frustrating it is to have a little Caesars so close to home and It be this bad. Customer Service is nonexistent, I canāt count how many times Iāve called and have had the phone completely. And the rare times they have answered, the employee always sounds very upset, as if I had bothered them by calling. I placed an order using their app thinking āthis is gonna be great, no hassleā. Well I was wrong, I was called by an employee shortly after to inform me that they were out of 3 of the items I had asked for and said that if I wanted to cancel and get a refund I would have to drive to the store to do so in person because they didnāt know/ werenāt able to cancel my order or give me a refund remotely. Also they more often than not close whenever they feel like it, never adhering to their actual posted hours. Even now during the summer when they were supposed to stay open extra late, theyāre closing like 30 min ahead of their usual posted time. Are you serious!? Who is the owner of this place? He really needs to get his head out of wherever it is he has it, cause itās clearly not where it needs to be! I wonāt be giving this place my business anymore. I might give them one more chance in a few months just to see if they straighten out. And if youāre reading this I encourage you to do the same, that will definitely send a message to the people Iām charge that they need to invest time and effort with theyāre entire business ethics. Update..... well, well, well. Stupseeeee -1 star. We stopped in at 8:23 pm. There were 4 ppl ahead of me and no cashier in sight. It's crazy because I made # 5 of just waiting. My order was taken at 8:38pm. Mine you while I'm waiting. I'm observing that the workers in the back are playing around. Two girls walk by with whatabugers eating, place it on a rack, and every two minutes run back to eat and take a look at their phone,no gloves, no hair net. The lady at the front told the guy before you leave at 9. All the trash must be taken out. He stopped doing the food and started to clean up. Everyone was trying to make sure they cleaned up, and the customer had to wait until they were finished. All the pizza orders were backed up. I was there for 48 minutes waiting on pizza for the pizza to burn and dry. Ppl that came after me got their pizza before me. The cashier kept saying, "I know yours coming." I was extremely irate, I said lets do Dominos, nooooo they wanted lil Ceasars and still couldn't eat it.stupseeeee. Ppl kept coming, and she kept saying some of the staff are leaving by 9 and the pizza is going to be 30 to 35 minutes. Then again, this is LiLCeasars. What do you expect! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI walked in yesterday, paid for two pizzas with a $20 I got out of my wallet. She handed me my change and pizzas and by accident, I left my wallet laying on the counter. It was several hours later before I realized what I had done. I tried calling and got no answer so I went back to the store. The same girl was behind that counter that had helped me before. I explained to her what had happened and she acted surprised and told me she had found nothing and nothing had been turned in. I thanked her and left, this was around 1030 pm. I knew there was no other place I could have lost it but gave her the benefit of the doubt. This morning about 730, I received a call from my banks fraud department, sometime after midnight, (no coincidence that's when Little Caesars closes on Saturday nights), someone used my debit card at the Walmart and Murphy's USA directly across the street from the Little Caesars. I have tried numerous times today to call and speak to a manager, someone, ANYONE.. but the phone DOES NOT GET ANSWERED!!!! I live 40 miles away and have already returned to the store once looking for my wallet. Too find out I may have purposely been lied too and then taken advantage of...
