If I could give you zero stars I would.
I just had a replacement order delivered to my home. It was for Pasta and bread sticks
I ordered no meat in my food because I’m a vegetarian and I ordered marinara sauce (the red sauce).
I was delivered pasta with chicken in it with white Alfredo sauce. IT IS NOT OKAY TO SERVE A VEGETARIAN MEAT.
My breadsticks that were delivered at the same time had no marinara dipping sauce with them. It's standard that they come with one. I ordered an extra . We received ZERO.
The very best part of all this : It was a replacement order because they messed up our food last time.
The last time I ordered pasta ( ABOUT A WEEK AGO), it arrived with no cheese on the top. This is AFTER I called the store to make sure it was made right and they verbally told me it would be no problem.
When it was wrong ( no cheese on top) I called and they promised me a remake anytime I wanted it with free delivery.
Tonight on my REMAKE they delivered me pasta with the wrong sauce, and WITH MEAT .
I called to let them know it was wrong again and got a very unprofessional , tacky response.
They now tell me it’s their policy that they won’t deliver it "fixed" to me again because it’s the second time . I can have a credit on my account, but they wont send a driver out.
This probably has to do with me making them honor the free delivery they promised me with the first order.
They specifically told me I would not be charged for delivering the pasta " even if it was the only thing I ordered"
To make matters worse . The female staff member put me on hold and came back and told me that she had spoken to her entire staff and they had not made a pasta like that lately ( chicken with Alfredo white sauce).
So basically they said I am a liar and it could not have happened.
I replied for them to resend the driver back to my house and I will hand him Pasta with chicken in it and alfredo sauce. They declined
I also offered to text them a photo. They refused and said it didnt matter because " it was the second time " fixing it " and its company policy they wont try again.
If my husband did not have the car you people would have been seeing me and this chicken alfredo sauce tonight in person.
So the truth does not matter and they have no accountability.
I do not spend my time calling and LYING to companies about already free food. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
It was not the SECOND TIME YOU FIXED IT. THAT IMPLIES YOU EVER DID IT RIGHT.
YOU NEVER GAVE ME WHAT I ORDERED. Each time YOUR STAFF MADE THE FOOD WRONG.
That is not a customer problem, thats a staff problem. WAKE UP.
If you had put cheese on top of my pasta the first time I ordered no second time would have been needed .
Serving a vegetarian chicken is not okay . Your disgusting

Read moreWell I don't normally write reviews, But here we go. I decided to order for pickup at the domino's at 6890 Mesa ridge pkwy, Fountain CO 80817. I sat down to watch the pizza Artist make the food. He was the manager and made my food by the book. But what I witnessed next was appalling. The Other Pizza Artist that was on the line, She walked over and started making smiley faces in the corn meal without even washing her hands, Like she was in la la land. She then proceeded to take someone's order, Touching the money, then touching the keyboard. She then walks back to the pizza line and Sticks her hands into the thin crust pizza bag...Pulling the crust out, Places it on the line and proceeds to stuff her hands into the cheese bin. I honestly have no words and will not be eating from this domino's again. I managed 2 separate Dominos facility's when I was younger, And can tell you this is not how it is supposed to operate. Every time you walk back to the pizza line...You wash your hands it doesn't matter. No ands if what's or buts guys. Especially when there is a pandemic and people are getting deathly ill from it. Well here is one of your reasons folks right here. Complete negligence and disregard (6890 Mesa Ridge Pkwy. Fountain Colorado, 80817. I called the manager and was told "I have been doing this for 10 years". Well clearly you need a refresher My dude because that is nasty. Who knows if she had just got back from using the bathroom, as if it wasn't bad enough to witness what had transpired. The time was 4:18pm 9/14/2022. Clearly (OER) Needs to pay this facility a visit, As well as all the employees and management to be Re-trained on how to properly handle food products for others peoples consumption. Read moreRepeated bad service. Orders are always wrong, nothing is consistent. Complained and received a coupon for another free meal. Called to order the free meal, gave them specific details on how we like our meal i.e overcook it as we like it crispy, put the ingredients in the food we actually ask for etc. Order arrives, everything is undercooked - half the pizza dough hadn't even risen or seen heat as it was cold and dough-white on the bottom. Asked for our free cheesy bread with just bacon in it, what arrived was a pizza dough base, folded in half with some white gunk inside that didn't even resemble cheese (I thought the picture on the website showed yellow cheese, i guess I must be colorblind) and absolutely no bacon. It hadn't even been cut into breadstrips, it was just uncooked dough with gunk in the middle. First they give us terrible service, we complain and receive coupons for free food, only for that free meal to turn out even worse than the one we actually paid for. Whatever the manager is doing at this store, they're doing a terrible job. This place has gotten worse over the past two years to just abominable and an absolute disgrace to the company and industry. Don't eat here, it's an absolute waste of money. I feel like selling my soul to the devil saying this, but your money would be better spent across the street at McDonalds. The food is absolutely disgusting there, but hey, at least you've got a better chance of getting what you actually ordered unlike...
