I work customer service , I understand at times things can be frustrating and we all have bad days. But the past month I have had 2 incidents with managers that were unacceptable. They are rude, they make excuses instead of trying to reason and understand with the customer. They seem bothered when a customer comes up with a question that they don't want to deal with. Twice I had questions about my mobile order and the managers have a " I don't care, it's not my problem" mentality . I get it they don't control their app, but it's also not my job to figure out what works and doesn't work on their app. As a customer when I place an order online and state I want to drive through. I don't expect to be given an attitude when my food isn't done because " I shouldn't have said I'd pick up via drive thru because they don't get the notification" I'm sorry this is not my job. It's not my responsibility to know what your protocol is. The first incident I let it go hoping the girl was just having a bad day and I was trying not to lose my cool but on top of her bad attitude my egg was cold in the center because they were rushing to " get me out of the store" as she called it. She literally said just get her food so she can get out. What kind of training are you as a company requiring when someone says something like that in front of customers and other staff members? I should have known this store had bad management representation when the store passed out hundreds of free drink coupons when it opened up because of bad reviews and also judging by the look on employees faces. They rarely look happy, I get it. It's morning and it's busy at times but man I think you should run your managers through some customer service training before a customer who has a bad temper loses it...
Read moreI will never do business with this Dunkin Donuts again! The manager Cassie M has very little customer service skills and is a bad manager on top of that!! Next time you want to talk bad about a customer while you have them on the phone put them on hold instead of putting the phone on the counter for the customer to hear you talk down on them to your employees. I am a paying customer who does not deserve the treatment that I got from you today and to add to the poor customer service my coffees were have full as well as my donut was put into a box by it's self instead of in the bag with the other donuts I bought and was fried to the box to where it was not edible what so ever but I am sure it was done on purpose because once I took it back into the store Cassie knew exactly what kind of donut it was before I even said what kind it was!!! She offered to get me another one but at that point I was over her and the horrible service I had received since I had called to make my order this morning. How hard is it to be professional in your job weather or not your management! She needs to be written up or no longer working there if she can't handle her job or does not like her job. Read moreYet again , for the last year . It’s one thing or another . The staff is great, clean place, speedy service …. But can’t get a order right to save their lives . I’m not talking a whole like twelve drinks and six sandwich order , I’m talking a iced coffee for my wife and a bagel with cream cheese … this is not one time this is almost every time we go there . Fact is there’s a Starbucks ( wait a hour and pay 20 bucks) or the Dutch bros ( dose not have the things we like ) , so we are stuck . Before these yeah it was always packed and such so I kinda of understood , but now there’s no one one waiting … what’s the excuse .

This store has been nothing but issues constantly and sadly it’s the only Dunkin within our home. The crew has continually messed up simple orders , the store lobby is closed on a Sunday at 10 in the morning ? Wait times are horrid and it never seems to get better . I have contacted this store idk how many times because of various issues but to what end … nothing . It seems no one truly cares about service or anything...
