I had a pretty terrible experience at this place tonight. I was excited to go because I read online that they had the Dubai strawberries so we entered and everything was fine at first. The place was empty, we were the only people there. I ordered two items and the bills was over $30, kinda pricey but I expected that because I had already looked at the menu online. My elderly mom doesn’t like ice cream so I went next door to the bakery and bought her a pastry. I went back inside sweet clicks and my mom began eating her pastry while my kids were eating their ice cream. All of a sudden an employee comes up to us and asks us to leave because we are not supposed to be eating outside food. It was super awkward and embarrassing. I felt humiliated. You could tell the employee felt uncomfortable too, like she didn’t want to ask us to do that. We packed up and were leaving but I decided to let the two women behind the counter know in a polite way, that the way we were treated was pretty rude. One of the women just kept interrupting me and saying it’s their policy, which i understand, but I shared with her that in my opinion that’s bad for business. I told them that if I was the owner I wouldn’t care if an old lady was eating a party especially because I did spend almost $40 in their establishment. That’s just a bad business move in my opinion, like seriously what’s the big deal letting an old woman eat a darn danish from next door. I told them I understand and to have a good day but obviously I won’t ever be back. As I was walking out, they proceeded to start talking in Portuguese I think, and laughing. I’m assuming they were making fun of me. It was really unprofessional and honestly just mean girl behavior. Clearly this place is suffering for business because it was totally dead and I can definitely see why. Save your money people. There are so many other ice cream places with much kinder service.

I would like to take this opportunity to reply to the comment made by the sweet clicks team in response to my review…so you are telling me that laughing and making fun of customers as they are walking out is professional? Wow unbelievable….you ladies could have at least had the DECENCY to wait until I walked out to start making fun of me. You know what you did. You can lie on here all you want. My comments were never rude or inappropriate. I simply stated that in my OPINION that was bad for business. That’s it. I don’t appreciate words being put...

The place is nice but they are announcing a lie. They are selling milk chocolate mixed with dark chocolate they put pistachio on top and sell it very expensive as if it were Dubai chocolate .People who have never tried Dubai chocolate don't realize it. But I know perfectly how Dubai chocolate tastes and for that reason I returned the whole order and they know very well what they are doing. Without contradicting me they returned my money that in 4 desserts it was 80 and something dollars. It makes me angry that they want to take advantage of people who don't know. I hope that many more people who really know what the taste of Dubai chocolate is will give them back the crap they are selling just like I did. I prefer to keep driving to Tampa to eat my Dubai chocolate. We drive 45 minutes for that crap🙄😡 False Advertising is...

Poor customer service and the owner is more preoccupied with surveillance than assisting her employees.

Came in with a group of 10+ people. Owner sat in the back while the one (and only) associate took and made all of the orders. The owner only appeared when one of the haphazardly placed props fell. Instead of inquiring about what happened the owner snatched the item and complained. She then proceeded to speak negatively about our group in another language, unbeknownst to them my husband understood them.

The young lady at the counter was kind, I feel bad for her that her boss does not share the...

As full-time travelers, we’ve had our fair share of boba across the U.S. and even internationally — and I have to say, this place is our favorite so far. The shop is charming, clean, and inviting, but what really sets it apart is the menu. It’s incredibly rich in options and highly customizable, which is a huge plus for us since we have dietary restrictions (vegan and caffeine-free). It’s family-owned, and you can truly feel that warm, personal touch in everything — from the unique decor to the friendly staff. We’ve visited several boba spots in Orlando, and this one stands out as the best. Highly recommend!

We found out they were dog friendly so we came here for our dog’s gotcha day. We had the absolute best time here. The lady that was working (we forgot to see what her name was) was absolutely amazing. We got there right when they opened and she was so sweet and gave our dog a pup cup. We were able to take lots of cute photos and the entire atmosphere is awesome. We got the bubble waffle and açai bowl and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!
