I would like to start off stating I’ve been a loyal patron of this restaurant chain since the opening of the International Dr. location. I know as a Vietnamese person that this is not authentic to my culture but it hits the spot considering there’s nothing similar nearby.
I was even the first customer when this new storefront opened (thanks for the T-Shirt!).. but this last dine in experience I was not impressed. I purchased the “Pho-Let” Mignon with no veggies and was served an unfortunate portion that left me still feeling hungry after finishing the meat and sparse amount of noodles. It truly looked pathetic when they poured the pho broth over a sad and lacking bowl in front of me. My 7 year old was still hungry after eating his bowl stating he wanted more meat, it makes me feel upset that his $17 meal (food and drink) left him feeling without as well.
That bowl alone was $30 btw, I was disappointed and wishing I had instead order a pho dac biet for myself. I wish they had offered to put extra noodle to compensate for the lack of veggies considering I spent close to $70 for two adult meals and a kid’s build-a-bowl.
I feel like I’m at chipotle or a to go restaurant with people waiting behind me as I feel rushed to order my meal and tip at the front before I even experience the food. I also don’t understand as a server myself how this business model works for tipping as we’re pretty much left to our own self service besides the food being brought out. Fine dining prices for subpar portions is a big bummer. I think after spending hundreds of dollars with this company over the last couple of years, I might just have to start making the trip to downtown Orlando or Winter Haven for some decent portions for a fraction...

We ordered the standard pho and combo pho and I’ve never had a saltier broth than the one I had here. It was salty to the point where I started to suspect the broth was made with nothing but handfuls of beef bouillon cubes. The website states you’ll experience the rich and traditional taste of recipes passed down through generations. You will not. My wife and I grimaced from the first spoonful of broth and she felt compelled to apologize for choosing the restaurant and to joke that we likely won’t need to worry about our electrolytes for the rest of the theme park weekend.
There was no depth of flavors; it was just salt through and through. I will acknowledge the freshness and quality of their ingredients, though. The beef, tendons and meatballs tasted great; the basil was so fragrant and fresh; and the lime wedge was very limey. But that was it. Everything else tasted very commercially processed.
The black and white illustrated design motif isn’t my style, but I could see it appealing to many. The overuse of pho puns also isn’t my style, but I’m sure out of towners may find them amusing.
I know this review is harsh, but it’s not out of malice or pettiness—there is no authenticity in...

I just had to share how impressed we were with the new rice bowls at 24 Hour! My husband and I decided to give them a try, and let me tell you—we were blown away.
I had the Bulgogi Beef Rice Bowl, and it was absolutely incredible. The beef was tender, flavorful, and marinated to perfection with just the right amount of sweetness and spice. Every bite had that authentic Korean BBQ flavor, perfectly balanced with fluffy rice, fresh veggies, and a drizzle of savory sauce that pulled it all together. It was hearty, satisfying, and full of flavor in every bite.
My husband tried the Bang Bang Shrimp Rice Bowl, and he hasn’t stopped raving about it since. The shrimp were perfectly crispy, coated in a tangy, creamy sauce that packed just the right amount of heat. The flavors danced together beautifully, and it was clear the ingredients were fresh and high quality.
Not only was the food outstanding, but the presentation and portion sizes were on point too. We felt like we got real value for our money.
If you’re looking for a quick, delicious, and satisfying meal—24 Hour’s new rice bowls are a total game-changer. We’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend giving them a...
