So I have to give Silky Gem there props. Unfortunately, I had a issue with one of my orders, and it was just wonderful to get in contact with them and they were able to help me fix this problem. That is the reason why I gave them a five for the service. I can understand of course that these prices are expensive that is totally understandable because this is a small business and I’m just happy and satisfied with the fact that they are doing the best they can. I love the energy when talking with them through emails they are specific and they get right to the point so it does not make me feel like I am just a number. When I received my Silky Gems they were all intact and the flavor is AMAZING 🤩. THE ARTISTRY AND THE PROFESSIONALISM IS PHENOMENAL. I WILL SAY AND REFER THIS TO MY FRIENDS IN THE FUTURE. I spent $140.00 on silky gem over spring break earlier this year. We spent all of our spring break waiting on this package to arrive. I was very disappointed the gems didn't have and flavor after all that money was spent on the experience without flavor. It was my first time trying and I had no way to compare. But I have recently found silky gem at a local store near me. I have purchased two bags of the assorted flavors. I couldn't wait so I opened the bag of assorted flavors on the way home. Please know I enjoyed the experience with my daughter the 1st and 2nd time around. But you must know. I only experienced 1 time tasking flavors. Thanks plenty. And don't forget...

I haven't visited the store because I live in Georgia but I have ordered from them. America builds up flavor with artifical flavorings while Asia does not. Their subtle flavor is refreshing. I'm betting the bad reviews are people who built it up in their head from the videos people made. They might not even know that these are Vietnamese candy that are meant to taste different than American candy. There are plenty of American candy flavors that don't taste like they should. Banana is the biggest for me. It always tastes chemical and fake. I was in love with my first order and am already ordering...
