So, disappointing to experience flat out rude service. The worst part was that the two people who I worked with were both managers! The gentleman who took my order was so rude. I asked if he could verify how many combo meals he had , he just starred at me. I just paid, and let it go. Once food was received I was waiting for someone to come to the counter to get some condiments for each of my bags. Staff were pointing to me and the store manager (initial on name tag started with J) Was watching tik tock videos, he didn’t say anything was just starting at me, annoyed . I asked for ketchup. He was holding bin like it was made of Gold. I reached to take ketchup and he snatched it back and decided to speak . told me he needed to know how many .
I replied 2 ketchups for each bag . He told me he needed a total count. I repeated two for each bag .
The worst part was when I got back to the car I had the correct number of drinks and hash browns but one sandwich was missing .
I had to go back . With receipt in hand, I told him I was missing my sandwich for the number 1 but had drink and hash brown. He reviewed the receipt in detail. Wanted to know what I wanted him to do????? Are you kidding me , I wanted this experience to be over !! I told him the #1 sandwich is missing. He just was being rude asking in detail what I wanted on sandwich. I told him no substitutions. We didn’t eat the sandwich because he went to the back it took away for him to grill the team on why it wasn’t in bag.
In closing Casey was extremely nice he was serving customers in restaurant. I hope you replay video this should not be acceptable, hospitality training his needed at...
Read morelots of things to say about this experience, i love McDonalds but i didn’t have the best experience. the girl taking my order was being trained, she was very shy and was not getting any guidance, not her fault in the slightest, but we were getting two double quarter pounder’s with cheese and they didn’t have the second patty, ketchup or pickles, so i brought up my burger to show them that and the manager took it back and put the stuff on there but forgot the other two patties; theres a ton of errors with this, first of all things, if you work in a kitchen you are not supposed to take food back, i’ve worked in restaurants before and i was shocked, secondly, they blamed the poor cashier! she was brand new and being trained, not to mention that she put “double quarter pounder x2” so it was not her fault at all. overall not impressed but that poor girl was doing her best which is why i didn’t give this...
Read moreThis place gives off so many good vibes, and this mcdonalds only gives of good vibes! I walked in because I frequently bike here to stop and get a small drink so I don't go dehydrated. I met this guy named Larry, he is a Mcdonalds Employee, and always has a smile on his face no matter what. I asked for a small drink (which is only a dollar). And no questions asked, he said, "Just take a free cup. I know you are sweating out there!" And I never paid a single penny. He is probably the best mcdonalds Employee I've ever seen. He's so optimistic and never complains about a single thing. I wish I could tip him money like a waiter because he is so nice and kind. This mcdonalds truly is a remarkable...
