It was fine. Nice to not have to worry about driving, but our driver wanted to give a background of every winery before he would take off. Maybe invest in an intercom (or karaoke machine) so you can drive and talk. He even shushed the bus two different times. As an adult I do not need to be shushed. And I’m capable of researching which wineries I’d like to attend beforehand. There was a bachelorette party and a 21st birthday party on the bus. And we all booked the shuttle so we could drink without worrying about driving. Maybe he was new if he expected a group like this to be listening intently. Or maybe he should be a city tour guide. However, one of our drivers, Mike, after 10 of us were seated on the bus ready to go, asked how many were going back to town. We were then told “everyone going to town get off the bus” in order for him to reroute for a bachelorette party. He stated another bus would pick us up. We each paid for a service and to be told to leave a bus in order to deviate from the tour was very disappointing. They need to instruct ALL of their drivers to follow the rules and not kick off...
Read moreI really commend the drivers this past weekend! We had one, with at least 2 super rowdy and obnoxious crews while we were on board. (They didn't even tip!) We just wanted to go back to town. She called another driver and asked him to wait so she could transfer us. We tipped her $10 because riders were just running her in circles for 1.5 hours. Thankfully, our last group whispered. Our first time and we will definitely book in the Fall. If you don't get a bus after you see 2 go by, just call and request a pick-up. It might be 5 mins....
