A great surprise while visiting Fredericksburg. I just happen to look for some food in the area and this food truck popped up on the search. We used their online platform to order and picked up our Connecticut roll with a side of parmesan truffle fries. Both of this dishes were delicious, prepared to order and fries nice and crispy. The roll seems a bit small compared to the ones you get at restaurants in the NE however, the quality of the product was on point. The flavors, consistency or the lobster, the fries all of it came together in this symphony of flavors. Absolutely delicious and highly recommend this location for any of your activities at wineries, breweries, birthday, quinceañeras you name it they are that good.
