Kocky's Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Fresno

I've been going to kockys for a couple years now and it service and food has always been great although tonight I went and had the worst experience ever and will never go back the food was great as always tonight we were trying to get napkins and was not seen whatsoever due to two waiters being on their phones and not even paying attention there was loud music playing which was totally fine we try to ask the bartender for napkins and she got upset thinking we were yelling but we weren't we were just trying to speak over the music so she got an attitude really bad and went and told the other waiters so they started getting bad attitudes I ask one of the waiters for three boxes and she told me yes I'll be right back we waited for approximately 7-8 minutes with nothing I tried to go up and the Caucasian waiter got super rude with me so I started calling them on everything that they did and they got super upset when they came all three of them came up to the table and we're getting super loud and we're super angry I told them all I wanted was service but every time I try to get it they were either on their phone or gossiping I had asked to speak with a manager and they told me one wasn't there but when one said I was going to be banned they said I'll go tell the manager right now so I called her on it and she got even more mad because I called her on it I don't know her name but she is a Mexican waiter and she has braces as I was leaving she was flipping me off and being super rude so the owners of kockys you can go ahead and review your cameras for the night of October 2nd. 7:00pm-8-00 and see just how the service was I spent $126 and my sister spent about $55 but yeah I will never...

We recieved 3 seperate texts from this place. We haven't been down in that area for years let alone entered Kocky's. We have never ordered food or drinks. The first text said our oder for a chicken wrap or salad would be ready soon and it had a hot text to click on to accept and pay for it. We deleted it. Two and a half hours later we received a second text. "We see you haven't closed out your tab. Click here to close it" . Tab? Tab i don't have a tab!!! About 15 minutes later we received "We have closed out your tab as we will be closing soon." This was at 845. I have no idea what time they close never heard of this place before tonight. So we looked them up. We were concerned this could be some sort of fraud and wanted them awair of it. If it was a simple typo by a customer they might want to correct the error. A lady with a strong accent answered our call. Very rudely kept interrupting us telling us they had parties going on. Not interested in finding out or correcting the problem and then hung up on us. If this is the way they do business, they need not worry about any patronage ever from us. She never provided her name so we have no idea what her actual job is. I hope she's not in charge of their PR. We deleted the texts and blocked their number as not to receive any more erroneous...

Ok guys 1st let's start off that this establishment is a little cute spot located in the heart of downtown Fresno. When we 1st walked in we were greeted and told we an stand where ( remember its small ) so we sat ourselves and were greeted immediately by our waitress. She brought our menus then 3min later she was back for our order. We hadn't even looked at our menu but we got a couple of waters. Then when she came back a min later I asked if it was happy hour which it was and she showed me the specials. I ordered a drink and appetizer. ( see attached). Everything was brought out very quickly. The jalapeno poppers were just right. Tasty and not to much heat. The sweet potato fries came out with a sweet coconut sauce that was tasty. The wings were cooked perfectly. The sauces were amazing . My favorites were pineapple habenero. The Buffalo ranch , then kicking bbq. 😋.... in that order. I really appreciate our waitress she was great .looking forward to going back trying...
