Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Fresno

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at this restaurant. I am a repeat customer and go there lately once a week. Recently I purchased a Save Around Deals coupon book. They are listed in the book with several coupons as well as a app that offered me 10% off my total order. We went in to the restaurant and ordered lunch for me and my 3 family members, the bill came to $30.00 and some change. The girl behind the register said she did not know how to enter the coupon and called out the Shift Manager Ryan to take care of my order. He comes out looks over the coupon and then gives us attitude saying where did you get the coupon. We explained that we got it off the Save Around App that we had from the coupon book. Now mind you I am not so poor that I needed the $3.00 discount however the attitude that we received from him was what made the situation so much worse. He acted like we where trying to steal a something from the store. I grab the coupon back and said never mind its not that big of deal. I figured I would just make a complaint later regarding them being in a coupon book and then not honoring it. He then proceed to bring our food to our table which topically would be a nice jester, however his attitude was what set me off. I then had pulled up my app on the phone and said so your telling me that you have never seen this coupon book before? To which he replied, NO we get scammers all the time. At that point I told him, I am done talking to you, you can leave my table....to which he smirked at me and said OK have a nice day. He then proceed to go back behind the counter but not before he made sure he stopped several times behind the counter to continue his smirking smile at me. I find this very unprofessional and very sad to know that he is in a management roll. Someone that has no respect for a customer and treats them like they are tying to steal something from a company that clearly has a coupon that has your address on it has no business being in a management roll. I have serious doubts that I will be going back to...

if you didn’t know; you’ll know now. LOADED chili cheese fries. okay? if you like your wienerschnitzel chili cheese fries, get those babies some Loaded with some their grilled onions and extra cheese, mmmkk?! you won’t regret it. i used to be a regular chili cheese dog typa gal, but mm, friends, one day i was craving something a lil different, so if you like fries on your chili dog, and you’re cool with mustard & grilled onions, yesss, THE JUNKYARD DOG IS THE WAY TO GOOO! if you’re getting fries (chili cheese fries or regular fries) and a drink, you can always turn it into a meal and make your order a little cheaper! just ask them to turn it into a meal, if they can. (usually they can and will)

oh and they usually have a line, BUT, they are pretty quickISH, but you really can’t be mad for waiting either, because your food ALWAYSSSS comes mouth watering HOTHOT. and how can you be upset about that when you can go anywhere else, WAIT FOREVER, and receive cold ass food?!

When you charge $4.09 for a chocolate sundae that idea of the Sunday is supposed to fill the cup I used to work it with winter too by the I used to work at wienerschnitzel at this very location. I find it very hard to believe that management wouldn't rip your head off for not feeling up the ice cream all the way! I know because I used to get my head ripped off. Furthermore I took the liberty to email your boss because if I'm paying this much for a scoop of ice cream really I could have got a quart for this price. Let alone this is a repeat make because the first one didn't have enough ice cream and this one definitely doesn't have enough ice cream to even call it a Sunday I call it a I got took day come on people earn your $22 an hour for minimum wage really people really you can't expect customers be nice and appreciative when this is what you get! However I can't expect you to do your job better since you are being paid well over the top for your job when I work at this location I believe I made $6.30 an hour so do your job. Furthermore I hope you clean your restaurant because you and I both know what runs across the roof at night...
