Usually the service at this location is perfect. But recently there’s been a girl that I haven’t seen until a few months ago. She’s usually always at the register and when taking your order she seems lost like she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Asks you what you want at least 3 times because she doesn’t remember. This one time she was helping a costumer and had the customers phone in her hands swiping through her photos. She was with her for at least 5 minutes. Needless to say I didn’t get my coffee as I only have a 10 minute great. I avoid having my order taken by her and get annoyed when she’s put at the register just because the line goes by so slow due to how long it takes her to write the order down. Read moreOrdered my coffee during the morning rush and it took about 20 minutes, which is perfectly understandable. Had to pay for parking which was half and hour max, which I exceeded during today's visit. The coffee was good quality but a bit pricey. One thing I did not like was that I ordered a sandwich and wanted it toasted, so i waited. And waited. My coffee came but still I waited. Finally being fed up with waiting I asked where my sandwich was and the barista had informed me that it was placed in the mobile order area unbeknownst to me. My beef is that they tend to get homeless folks hanging our around the place.
