Purchased a dozen bagels and a bagelwich. The young women that filled my order made a mistake, but I didn't discover it until I got home. I went back to the store to have the mistake corrected. I hadn't touched the bagels in question, but the young women that was now helping me didn't know that, she put on a plastic glove and return the bagels to the tray to be resold. She replace the bagel back in my bag and waited for me to leave I asked if there was a difference in the price, she reply that the ones I returned were more expensive. She didn't know how to figure the difference, asked my name had trouble finding my order, We went back and forth including bring the manager over to do whatever she does in that situation. All in all I was very disappointed with the way they handled the situation and just left without the refund which wasn't a big deal. I have only really ordered from them through DoorDash (it's usually my treat breakfast for the week on either a Friday or the weekend after a long week. I've noticed something odd about them. When I place my order during the weekend, everything is fantastic - the bagel is amazing and the coffee I get makes my day. However, any time I place an order on a weekday, it's a completely different story: their bagels are falling apart or are smashed, the items on the bagel are not even ON the bagel - half of it is hanging out, and they don't even make the coffee well.
