The lines are so slow.. I had time to download the app and order while I was in line. I get to the drive-thru speaker box and tell them I'm there for a mobile order. Say my name. Man says ok. After another 15 minutes I make it to the window and they tell me it'll be 6 minutes for potatoes and ask me to park. Another 15 minutes later I decide to walk in and ask about my order. I used to work at Wendy’s so I’m aware that at the speaker you try to up size but I order a biggie bag and ask for it to just come with the jr size it comes with I don’t want to up grade and cashier Mikayla took it upon herself to up size it even after I said no lol. .
