So I was finally brave enough to check out the food court at the 99 Ranch Market in frisco and decided on coming here. I am so glad I did!

The korean seafood pancakes I ordered were to die for! There was more seafood in them than what was listed on the menu, which was a pleasant surprise. Squid, shrimp, crab (or was it lobster?), and clams.

As far as I know, I've never had clams before. Well, these clams were delicious! They kind of taste texture wise, like a mix between tuna and crab meat, but much much better! And I think I've finally tasted squid cooked the right way because of this place. I've had squid before at another cafeteria place in Mitsuwa. It was a shrimp and squid upon dish. The squid in that dish is consistently tough and chewy. But here the squid was soft, almost melted in my mouth. I like both tastes and textures, but according to an internet search, your squid is cooked correctly, so thank you.

Also the service was very good. The guy up front was very kind to help me figure out which drink I ordered.

The only slightly negative and embarrassing (on my part) thing was there was no clearly defined directions on where to placy your tray/dishes when you finished your meal. But I figure that's more of a cafeteria problem than a problem with this amazing place.

I will definitely be returning to get seconds of those seafood pancakes and the other dishes I...

I tried Annie’s Street Foods today and I really enjoyed my Korean lunchbox! It was arranged with a lot of care and looked really nice when I opened it, so definitely an A+ on presentation. When it comes to taste, I found everything to be flavorful and deliciously seasoned— even the white rice, which is usually pretty plain to me. I’m not familiar with Korean food, so I couldn’t tell you what everything was but it was all good, high quality ingredients, and appeared homemade. For that reason, I truly didn’t mind the wait time as some others have pointed out. One thing I hope they implement is labeling which items are vegetarian. I would like to take my pescatarian friend here, but I realized that even if they got the salmon lunch box like me, there is several items with meat (chicken, pork and beef) that I didn’t expect. I appreciate the variety but I think customers who don’t eat meat would benefit from a description on the kiosk. Overall, good experience with the nice ladies at the counter and delicious lunch. I’ll be back to try the drinks and...

I know the sampler items are to change every time. But the quality of food expected from example description and photo is sooo far away from what I acutally got. The gimbap was nude, not like the regular on picture. There were too many rice with barely a seasoning (salt, sesame oil needed). The thick seaweed inner topping was very odd along with purple.. shredded radish in place of traditional yellow rectangular radish. The french fries were cold. It is not a cool down temp from delivery, but it was freezing cold. Must have gotten from freezer and heated to minimal temp. Other food temp was room temp so they were okay. The bone in chicken and marinated spicy pork side dish was tasty. Mostly, this dish was not my style and have not met customer's least expectation from example. Maybe you should set couple of main side dishes and change few side dishes in rotation. That way customers wouldnt be so disappointed. And your gimbap needs rework. Seriously lol that is not typical Korean gimbap if you insist. I'll try other...
