BenGong's Tea Frisco TX — Restaurant in Frisco

Gave this place a second chance. Regretting it. Bought a fruit tea for 7 dollars. Which is rip off, after I saw the final drink. It was basically a black tea with 3 pieces of cut fruit just sitting in the drink like it was soaking, but no fruit taste, because watermelon doesn't diffuse that well, they put all the fruits that don't diffuse in the drink. 真无语. The drink standards in Dallas are not that high. So explaining why people still buy drinks from this place. You've gone Korea, China, and any other countries, you know drinks shouldn't taste this bad. And also the price. Not including rent their cost for the drink was probably not even close to a dollar. Also the lime was cut so thin, there was absolutely no taste of lime. I would have been better off making myself a drink was home instead of being ripped off 6 dollars and drinking something so horrible. The drink tasted better after dumping a kangshifu ice tea in it.

Also seeing how they respond to bad customers reviews makes me feel they don't really care about their brand image. I run a business and never respond like that to customers. Even if they are wrong. Low EQ or doesn't put customers experience first and put their feelings first. Explaining quality...

I had a disappointing experience at Bengong Boba Tea. When I came up to the register, the cashier didn’t even acknowledge my presence until I said hi. He was very short with me and just said, “order there,” while he was too busy playing games. Maybe it’s a Gen Z style where they don’t greet people? The drink was okay, but definitely not worth the high price. With such poor customer service and overpriced drinks, I don’t see this shop staying in business for long. I wouldn’t recommend this place—go somewhere else. Btw, ya’ll can see his response below
