We went in for the first time a few days ago, we were ready to order (nobody in line) and we saw 2 registers. The one on the left side had a worker standing there. We were looking at her kind of lost because we were unsure if she was ready to take our order or if someone was coming to the register we were standing at. The girl at the register did not acknowledge us at all this whole time, so I finally asked "do we order here?" (While standing in the middle of the 2 registers at this point) She finally looked up at us when I spoke up and went on to take our order. I realized the meal came with 2 sides when I heard my husband say the sides he wanted. I ordered chips and queso and so I thought that was considered 1 side. I said, "I didn't choose the other side" she says each one is considered a side. Chips and the queso is considered 2 sides (you also pay more for it) That would have been nice if she would have said something to begin with to let us know. As our first time here we were already kind of confused with the menu and ordering. Again, we looked lost, so she probably should've asked if it was our first time there and helped us out better. There was one table being used in the entire place when we grabbed our drinks and were looking for a booth. Every single table was filthy. We went from table to table, so I'm sure 1 out of the 5 employees I saw behind the counter, or the one sitting in the dining area on break, would have noticed that and maybe came to clean one? We really wanted a booth, but we decided on the 1 clean high top we saw. We sat down to eat. Quesadillas had good flavor. Sides were very small, guess that's why they offer 2. Paid almost 30.00 for 2 people to eat and we were hungry an hour later lol. Nobody came to clean any of the tables while we were there. I understand people get busy at work or if it were a busy day, but there was literally nobody there. Kind of makes you wonder about cleanliness behind the counter if the employees don't care what the dining room looks like. Not sure we...
Read more2-15-19 *I went back again yesterday and the same thing happened again. Only this time the manager was involved and still messed my order up 3 times. I ordered a gorilla Bluebonnet bean style with chicken. Got home only to find no chicken on my meal. I drove back to the store spoke with the manager and he worked to correct the issue. He had his cook make a new quesadilla. He bagged it up and we walked out only to open it in the truck and find no chicken again. Seriously? We go back in and talk to the manager. He apologizes and says he will make sure its made right and he was embarrased by the mistake for a second time. The next dilla we receive had all the ingredients on one side and none on the other, literally one tortilla had nothing on it. I brought the manager over again and he agreed that the prepared dilla was nowhere close to acceptable. He said he would personally make the dilla himself and he did. That one was perfect no complaints. The 3 before were not what I ordered and paid for. Very sad as the food tastes great but clearly they struggle with making orders as requested. They gave me several coupons for free dillas, I did not get my order refunded. The manager apologized several times and was very sorry for the trouble.
10/2018 Management responded to this very fast and resolved the issue. This Google review helped me get in touch with the store, thank you. The Bluebonnet dilla bean style with added chicken I highly recommend 👍👍. Great food but missed my order. I was charged for added chicken but my "dilla" was missing chicken. I called to let them know and their phone is off the hook. Thanks guys. Lesson learned. Next time I will be checking the entire contents of my order before I...
Read moreCaution should be exercised as this establishment includes bones in their quesadillas. I recently had a distressing experience where I consumed a chicken and BONE quesadilla, which posed a potential health hazard. This is utterly unacceptable. Beyond this critical issue, the wait time from placing an order to its arrival was approximately 25 minutes. Notably, I was the first person in the drive-thru line. Despite being instructed to move forward and wait for fries, the fries I received were cold, with only a few being freshly prepared. While I considered returning the order upon noticing this discrepancy, I had a prior appointment to attend and thus opted not to go back for a replacement.
In hindsight, I deeply regret not returning, as it would have prevented the distressing experience of choking on a quesadilla that was supposedly boneless. In response, I contacted the restaurant and conversed with the general manager, who committed to initiating a refund for the order.
On a separate occasion, I utilized Uber Eats to place an order, which took over an hour and a half to arrive. The driver, who had waited at the restaurant for around 30 to 40 minutes, expressed a desire to leave. However, I requested that she remain and even provided an additional $15 tip on top of the original one.
This location is in dire need of...
