I rarely leave bad reviews.

It's not worth the hype. My boyfriend and I waited 2 hours for the pancakes. We noticed that people who were there after us got their orders first. There's something wrong with their process. Also, they wouldn't take drink orders unless you were willing to wait 2 hours. Very inefficient the way they run their kitchen.

The pancakes were mediocre. I don't know if it's because I just had these in Japan and was expecting them to be similar. The texture and flavor were just ok. Definitely more egg flavor than what I would like. I ordered the Nutella and Banana pancakes. There was nothing special about the pancakes I ordered. They just threw in a couple of slices of banana with a small drizzle of Nutella. It was basically a pancake with an overpowering taste of eggs.

I don't recommend coming here on a Saturday. Maybe that's why we had to wait 2 hours. Heads up, on Saturdays, they don't open until noon.

Furthermore, we ordered the pancakes to go, and I don't recommend trying to eat them in the to go box because the syrup was leaking out of the box onto my pants while in the car. The box was also very flimsy.

Not once did they apologize for the long wait. We definitely will not be back. They have a lot of things they need to work out before they can run that place more efficiently. Not to mention, the staff was not the nicest people and seemed inpatient with...

We were given a 2 hour wait time with an option to say they will call us when the order is ready. No call was ever made. We came back and our food seemed like it had been sitting for what seemed an hour. The Manager told us the number we gave was not matching what was on file. When we asked them what was on file he said there was no number listed for us even though we typed it in and it was confirmed vocally.

Regardless of the hiccup, Instead of refilling the order the manager tried to guilt us to take the cold and soggy food. He told us that it would be an extreme inconvenience for us to ask for it to be replaced and that it isn’t fair for the other customers who are waiting for their order. It’s terrible customer service and bad business practice to lie and guilt to a customer especially when it’s the companies mistake. The manager made sure to tell us even though they will replace it that we needed to know it was our fault and not the restaurants. This did not feel like it was worth the trouble and the manager actively made an effort to vocally guilt us and humiliate us in front of the other customers when we approached this in a respectful and calm manner.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Cafe and trying their Souffle pancakes, and I must say they were absolutely delightful! The pancakes were incredibly fluffy and had a perfect balance of sweetness. Each bite felt like a cloud melting in my mouth.

Not only were the pancakes amazing, but the service at Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Cafe was exemplary. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure that my dining experience was top-notch. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the menu and even made some helpful recommendations.

One thing that stood out to me was the owners' dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere. They were present, engaging with customers, and genuinely interested in making sure every guest felt comfortable and satisfied. It's evident that they take great pride in their establishment, and it shows in the quality of both the food and the service.
