Starbucks — Restaurant in Frisco

The Starbucks itself is great, now the 2 employees work on 5/7/23 around 11:30am, different story. The dark haired young lady working the cash register was rude, scoffing and having the weird look on her face and not even saying hello or thank you. I also came with my service dog and this young man with dark hair came out from behind the counter and tried to pet him without even saying hello to me or asking permission to pet him. I had ordered a pup cup for my dog and was planning on giving it to him later and not at that moment as he was working. The same young man came back around the corner and again without saying a word to me or even making eye contact with me he proceeded to feed my dog the pup cup, and WITHOUT permission, and for almost 5 mins he sat there feeding my dog and not even LOOKING at me. I was shocked and didn’t even know what to say I have never had this happen before. He then proceeded to keep trying to pet my dog when my dog CLEARLY did not want to be pet and was pulling away from him, nor did I want him petting him. Finally I told him to stop and left. Behavior of these employees was incredibly strange and extremely disrespectful. Hope they are reprimanded appropriately by whomever runs this...

The staff is great! All of the lovely, wonderful ladies (and now gents) are super awesome! Anna is the best! Very caring and always gets my drinks correct. She also makes sure that when by kids order drinks, there's no coffee in it for them. Mimi is also super duper! I've been here for almost 5 months, living in hotel, while I get my house renovated. I must say I'm no fan of Starbucks for various reasons, especially moving from NY, but, I'm going to say thar I've spent more money in this Starbucks than normal; not because I can't drive to my choices, but because you have a superb crew of people who always greet you with a smile, super polite, remember your name, and just super outstanding! I cannot say enough. I was here for several months before my family joined me from NY and this crew of lovelies are like my "bartenders" of coffee. Even after I move from here, I'll drive through just to get my coffee, not because I'm a Starbucks fan but because I'm a Anna and Mimi fan and the rest of the crew! After a long flight from the east coast to Frisco, I stopped in the Starbucks at 4343 at the AC. Sophia, was so pleasant and helpful I had to leave a comment. Starbucks you hired a knowledgeable person in Sophia. Peace PS…Dear owner I did not expect a reply. Since my daughter taught me how to use the scan me code I wanted to reply to you, hope you are not a robot. As a senior citizen with limited funds coming to see my grandkids is a treat, as with buying at Starbucks. Sophia was kind and patient and the Frappuccino she made was too much for me (I asked for a large lol) so I asked for a cup to share. I don’t buy often at Starbucks again it is a treat for me, but to be gracious to a senior is a plus to your choice of staff.
