Right in the heart of the city, this urban-inspired place delivers a unique dining experience that is sure to satisfy both your cravings and your desire for an unforgettable evening. The atmosphere is undeniably cool, with its modern-industrial décor, exposed brick walls and dim lighting. Whether you're looking for a spot to unwind after a long day or a vibrant place to gather with friends and party at night, the restaurant sets the stage for a memorable dining adventure. Now prepare for a delicious journey as I recount my epic encounter with the St. Louis Ribs. As soon as the plate hit the table, I knew I was in for a treat. Beautifully charred and glistening with a tantalizing glaze. The aroma alone was enough to make my stomach do a happy little hoedown. With the first bite, my taste buds were transported to a savory wonderland. The meat was so tender, it practically fell off the bone like a cowboy falling off a buckin' bronco. Each bite was a harmonious symphony of smoky goodness, complemented by a delectable barbecue sauce that had just the right amount of tang. Concrete Cowboy's take on this classic barbecue favorite is a mouthwatering delight, and the ribs deliver a symphony of taste that leaves you craving more. The menu extends beyond their delectable ribs, offering an array of enticing options to satisfy different palates. From hearty burgers and flavorful wings, there's something for everyone. Read moreI was very surprised for the lack of care for my company group dinner booking at the Frisco location. We are starting to make our company trainings more regional and we always host a dinner out for the trainees one night. I was told a place to go would be Concrete Cowboy. So I reached out to book a dinner. No one answered, so I had to leave a voicemail on an outgoing message that noted nothing about it being for Concrete Cowboy, so I wasn't even sure I got the right number. Then when someone called me back, the hostess was nice, but couldn't assist in confirming if I could put down a credit card to pay for our group dinner. She then accidentally hung up on me when saying she would get a manager. Manager called me back to state that they would not take a credit card authorization for "a group that small" (12 people) and that they only take credit card authorizations or payments from someone else NOT in the party for "larger groups." I told them that is the first I have ever heard of that because I book dinners all the time for events and every other location either does (most places do this) or doesn't at all (usually smaller restaurants). They don't pick and choose which size groups can be paid for by a credit card authorization. So I told the manager that no one that would be onsite would have a credit card to pay for everyone, so if they wouldn't accept me offering to pay with my corporate card over the phone or via credit card authorization, then we would go elsewhere and they would lose the booking. The manager then says "That's fine" and then hangs up on me before I could say anything else. Apparently our business isn't any good there. I will be sure to note that for when we have more trainings (larger trainings) coming into the area. We for sure won't be booking there. I will also be telling our local location to not book there, either, for when they have events. So you may have thought you only missed out on one 12 person dinner, but you have missed out on a quite a few larger and consistently booked dinners, all because you couldn't accommodate a credit card authorization for "such a small group" and also for hanging up on me. Good customer service! Way to not look at the...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would, avoid if y'all don't want to have a bad experience, my gf, another couple and myself had reserved at this place for new year's eve, at first they couldn't even find the reservation even though we were showing them the confirmation text message, after they unwillingly sat us down, we actually had a nice dinner (their food is great, not gonna lie there) and drinks, but I still was feeling unwelcomed.
After we left and I made my bill total out for 114 I thought the experience was going to be over with, but days later I was wrongly charged for 174 (can't believe they confused the second 1 for a 7 but not the first one). So I called, talked to a lady she took my info, said they were gonna look for the receipt and call me back, lies. Then I called and they texted me back, again took all my info and never heard back from them.
Decided to text for the following couple of days and no response, then I called back and a girl called Monique picked up, she was nice and took all my info (again) said she would personally speak to her Manager or leave them a note and follow up on it the next day, no call back. Finally called back again and talked to Alexis, she took all my info again (third time should be the charm) and I asked to speak with a manager, said they were busy so I waited, tried calling back an hour after and they wouldn't pick up on me but they did pick up (Hi Alexis) when I called from a different number, asked to speak with the manager again and they were still "busy", she said I f I went in person the manager would be available (great logic) so I finally had to talk to my bank and dispute it, honestly 60 dollars ain't worth it, but I leave this here for other people, they were asking for my full cc number, exp date, cvv and my zip code (too much info!) I recorded the phone call btw.
To all who made it...
