I really wanted to give them a 5 star review but our trip had some bumps. It must be tough to try to accommodate everyone’s personal requests but ours were literally the total opposite of everything we asked for as far as seats go. We asked for aisle seats and on the Dallas side. We got middle seats totally on the opposite side of Dallas. We also purchased the Miller lite club tickets to be able to greet the players in the tunnel but it came down to we would need to not be in our seats for half the game trying to make it back and forth. We ended up missing both the club and the kickoff trying to get back and forth. We didn’t try again so we just threw $400 to the trash I guess. I guess I thought our seats would be closer to the Miller lite area so we wouldn’t have to kill ourselves fighting the crowds to get back and forth. I think if I go again I would try another tour group or just make my own arrangements now that we’ve done the site tours. The Miller Lite guffaw almost ruined the entire experience for me but I was with my son for my birthday so I couldn’t let it.
Edited to add: yes the tours of both facilities were fantastic. I love my Cowboys and loved learning more history about the franchise. The meet and greets were great as always when I’ve been before. But as my son said, the point for him was the game and we would have had to spend way too much time literally running from one side to the other to get to enjoy the game as well as the Miller Lite Club.
As for telling me I should have purchased a higher package, I guess speaking on the phone with jack or Dan two to three times and upping what I did purchase still wasn’t enough. Maybe had it been explained that we would literally have to get to the total other side of the field to get to our seats or the club was explained I would have turned it down. When someone hasn’t been there to do those things I think it would be up to the tour group to be more specific about what it would take to make my requests happen. It said they would do what they could and I get that but then to make it as hard as possible to do it wasn’t trying very hard. My only advice to others buying packages is do your research yourself and not count on them to make it happen for you even if you request it. It comes down to being all about the money and not necessarily making it the best experience for the fans like was done in the past. The Cowboys Experience will be my next venture as we used them before and had...
Read moreI would like to express our deepest appreciation and gratitude for all the hard work you guys did to make our Dallas Cowboys experience the best ever. This was our second time using SST and it was even better this time. We planned this trip for a long time and we are so glad that we entrusted Star Sports Tours with the arrangements. Everything was first class. We stayed at the Frisco Omni, which was right next to Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters. The hotel is beautiful and the location couldn’t be any better. Walking around and seeing players was an added bonus. We booked the MVP package, which included a meet and greet with Leighton Vander Esch, Jaylon Smith, Mickey Spagnola, and Bryan Broaddus. Everyone was so nice and we even got our pictures taken with them. We also got a picture taken with two Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. How can you beat that? On game day, we went to Bill Bates Tailgating Party. In addition to Bill, Cowboys legends Charles Haley and Tony Hill were there. Even Rowdy and former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Jackie Bob Pearson were in attendance. We then walked across the street to AT&T Stadium for the game and the seats were great. We even got to be in the players tunnel. Down there, we saw the all the coaches, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Jerry Jones, Stephen Jones, Charlotte Jones, Dirk Nowitzki, and all the players before the game. Wow! What an awesome experience! The next day, we took a tour of AT&T stadium. Going to and from all the events, we got to ride on an amazing Dallas Cowboys party bus. It was the nicest bus I’ve ever been on. As the last time, the whole weekend was organized and everything went smoothly. The staff of Star Sports Tours couldn’t do enough for you. They were very nice, approachable, helpful and professional. I especially want to thank Dan Lascoskie, Mike Maione, Jason Pineda and Justin. We even met some new friends that were a part of the weekend. Thanks to you and your team, we were able to attend this incredible experience. Your patience, persistence and passion to meet your commitment will always be remembered and much appreciated. You truly made our dreams come true again. Star Sports Tours can only be described as "The Best" when it comes to Dallas Cowboys related traveling and ticketing. They will definitely exceed your expectations. Thanks again for your hard work to help make this amazing experience for us! We can’t wait...
