The atmosphere is very warm, inviting, and smells delicious, like freshly brewed espresso, eggs, and waffles, which instantly makes you hungry and excited to place your order and eat lol. The people are quite lovely, as are most of the other customers. As such, it's generally a calm, peaceful, and warm environment for a lovely start to your day! I can't recommend them enough! I love breakfast more than most types of food, and you just don't find cooks as talented as these at most breakfast restaurants!! They have exceptional people working there, especially in the kitchen!! It's the combination of unique, high quality ingredients and seasoning that elevate their food every time you walk in the door, quality you can smell as soon as you walk in the door! It distinctly smells better than some lower quality options that cost the same or more, that's what always keepse coming back!! I highly recommend the food and drinks!
This is the magnificent Pink Lady Sandwhich, salmon, eggs, green leaf lettuce, capers, and red onion mmmmmm lol! I also had an delicious London Fog Tea Latte! If you don't know, this is hot earl grey tea with milk. It isn't the best one I've had, I think it needs another tea bag and a little sugar, but I'd still get it again!
My only complaint is many dishes aren't enough food. I'm a tall guy who has always eaten more than most people. I'm still hungry after I eat here unfortunately. Don't get me wrong, the Pink Lady is undoubtedly one of the most exceptional salmon sandwiches I have ever tried, and I've tried dozens of different ones! I just wish there was a side included like maybe hashbrowns or diced potatoes, or some side options like side of fruit, oatmeal, salad, or pancakes. There aren't really any of the side staples that I enjoy, which for me is almost always a savory option like some sort of potatoes. After further examination of the menu, the benedict comes with potatoes as option, so I'm not sure why potatoes aren't listed under the sides menu, or why the sandwhiches don't have sides at all. I suppose I need to ask about side options, but it would be nice if the menu was a little less confusing and had sides listed at the top of menu sections, such as, the sandwhich section. Regardless, I imagine most people won't care about this, and it's...
Read moreThe Nest Cafe had been on my list for a while but I had been waiting for my daughter to be off from school so I could take her too and what ensued was perfection!
I ordered the Salmon Benedict. Wow! You guys these were packed full with greatness. The salmon was so fresh and thicker than most I have had which made it so amazing! The hollandaise was also perfect!
My friend ordered the Italian Chicken Panini which was spectacular! The pesto sauce with the chicken and bell peppers…so good! They also recommended adding sun dried tomatoes to it and we listened which was the perfect suggestion!
I won’t lie, the first thing that caught my eye was the latte art and it was impressive! We both loved our lattes. Mine was a regular one with the heart decor and my friend got the Winnie the Pooh one which she devoured as well!
The reason I wanted to have both of my kids to bring them here is because of the snowman pancakes I had seen and let me tell you, they devoured these! My daughter ate the whole thing and my son left maybe two bites? So I can definitely recommend these for the kids!
Service was fantastic. Not only did they give great recommendations, but they were so kind and had warm friendly smiles. Also, the food always looked gorgeous in the pictures and let me tell you, it looked just as gorgeous when it was served. You definitely need to make a stop at for great breakfast and...
Read moreLet me start by saying I love trying new places especially if coffee is involved. I saw this place on TikTok and decided to give it a try. People online raved about the Winnie The Pooh latte so I already knew I wanted to try it. When my wife and I arrived no one greeted us. Mind you this is our first time here so we walked to the counter to see the menu and the girl at the register wasn’t friendly but said you all can take a menu, look at it and come back and order. So we tried a few tables but majority were dirty or the chairs wobbled. The ambience is not that great either. Nothing actually made me want to sit there and do anything. We looked over the menu and couldn’t really find anything appealing. The menu is meh and after seeing photos of the food online it was an easy pass. I walked up and just ordered the Winnie The Pooh latte and again the same cashier was not friendly. I placed my order and went to sit down to wait on my drink. I noticed a group of 3 “others” walked in and they were immediately greeted. My wife and I looked at each other like o wow so they get greeted. Anyway I got my drink and immediately left. Let’s just say the rave was a lie. There was nothing spectacular about that latte and luckily it was inexpensive. I’ll never go back there for sure. Maybe management should revamp this place. The inside doesn’t look clean and the staff needs training in...
