Fiesta Time Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Fuquay-Varina

My wife and I love this place. We have been there three times because we have only recently discovered it. We think it's the best Mexican restaurant in the area (we are in Holly Springs). I grew up in So Cal in the 80s eating the best Mexican food in the US and am a Spanish professor. The service is always superb. The ambience is great, you can always be seated immediately (take advantage of this while you can), and all of the staff is super friendly. They take care of you immediately. The salsa is great! The prices are great! You are guaranteed a great experience! We order something different every time and it's all been amazing. Also, my wife is vegetarian and they made her custom vegetarian tacos with exactly what she wanted. They were perfect! ¡Muchíssimas gracias...

I recently quickly made plans with a few of our closest friends, and these are my honest thoughts: the staff was incredibly kind and inviting. We got some beverages and ordered nachos supremo and sincronizada. The nachos were quite sloppy due to, I guess the cheese, and we specifically requested that the mushrooms not be included, but they were included inadvertently. Nevertheless, as I mentioned earlier, we had no regrets because the staff was incredibly kind and pleasant. They kept asking how everything was doing, so I gave them feedback, and they agreed with what we had said and promised to treat us better the next time. I'll definitely go back again, and maybe this time I'll get better food. Only because of the excellent staff is it...

Food is tasty but customer service is lacking. Be aware they charge you extra money for using a credit card but they’re not up front about it. They add on a 4% fee for this.

The second time I got food here I was able to order online but now they charge a 5% fee on top of that for simply ordering online. I chose to pay in store and the person up front made it difficult because I didn’t bring enough cash and wanted to pay by card. They claimed an earlier worker didn’t enable the order to be paid by card, whatever that means. Then magically after asking a few times why I can’t pay by card suddenly I was able to.
