I waited 7 minutes directly behind a customer who had a huge order with three big bags of food who probably should have done the polite thing and gone inside for such a big order. As a result, my little bag with my biscuit spent that time sitting in the window while I waited for the customer in front of me to be served. When I pulled up, I paid and was handed an ice cold bag. I reached inside and my biscuit was tepid at best. I handed it back to the server and she quickly returned it to me and told me that it wasn’t cold at all. Well, if I had been working that window and my hands were as cold as hers probably were, I might have thought the same thing, but I assure you, my biscuit was cold. Not acceptable. If you’re going to prepare a customer’s bag of food while they wait, then have the decency to place it in a warming section, especially during cold weather. Letting my food sit in a cold window wasn’t fair to me or any other customer who waited patiently behind the person in front. But what spoiled my experience was how I was treated. That’s just wrong at 7:06am, server(s): Claire, check: 2809061...

Also, when it rains, the roof top precisely drains the rain into your car. Also, the parking is right on the drive thru and if you are dining in, you have to juggle around to eventually try to head out and pray that someone from the drive-thru will be kind enough to let you pass. The service has had its ups and downs, previously was pretty rough, lately has been better. I like the drive-thru because the inside is always dirty. If you want to have fun, bring your phone because for sure you'll see some nonsense on that drive-thru/parking lot!!!!!!!!
As for the food, I think they are not serving enough like they used to, and lately, the eggs taste pretty fake. The employees charge each product separetly even when you tell them it's a meal. I've had them correct it a lot of times. Check your receipt! A meal worth 9 bucks, they were charging me 14. Check your receipts and let them know...
