Despite the lack of employees and it was busy during lunch from inside of waiting customers to cars lining up through the drive -thru the employees did an excellent job working together as a team.
Never have I seen so much dedication from the manager to to her employees. They worked great with precision and delivered hot and tasty meals.
An excellent example of teamwork!
When I was about to leave I asked the manager for some napkins. Without making me wait she immediately filled both containers and went back to her job responsibilities.
I watched as each order was ready and the meal was called out as workers never skipped a beat making sure customers got exactly what they ordered.
Not one customer complaint during the lunch period. People grabbed their food and left. Most didnt even offer a thank you.
The dining room was very clean and the tables and floors ,not a speck of anything on them.
One of the workers was taking trash out during the mad rush of lunch.
He was doing multiple jobs to make sure everything was clean.
The soda station was constantly wiped down with no stains on the floor.
It was an amazing sight to see how a small team of employees worked so hard together to make their customers happy.
My dining experience and my meal I give 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The employees and the lone manager who showed customer excellence, 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Read moreAll I ordered was a combo meal with a PLAIN chicken sandwich. I pulled up to the window and it seemed like nobody knew how to respond to “thank you”!! They pulled me up to the door even though I was the only person in line. I didn’t get too upset about it knowing they just switched over to lunch. I ended up waiting like 20-30 minutes while the line piled up behind me. Finally a girl brought my food out and apologized for the wait, which I appreciated. But idk what I was even waiting on since my food wasn’t even warm. I got halfway home and noticed they gave me the wrong order. I’m annoyed at this point that I have to go back but I’m thinking hopefully they’ll make it right. I let them know I got the wrong order and reminded them I just ordered a PLAIN chicken sandwich. I hear a bunch of other people talking in the background after I answer and the girl tells me to pull up to the window. I’m still trying to be nice while they hand me the bag even though they messed up. Didn’t even apologize. Some other girl stood behind her while she handed me the bag and they both just mean-glared me as if I was the one inconveniencing them.. Rude as hell! After a difficult and rude exchange at the order window, I pulled up to the pick up window and tried to be friendly. Apologized for not understanding what the guy was saying (was not a mic problem, just his rude attitude but I still tried to lighten the mood) I was met with a blunt "what" having to repeat myself AGAIN to apologize for something that was not my doing. Fine. Drinks were shoved at me, card basically flung back into my window and the bags of food were thrown. No mention of charge, no receipt, no thank you nothing. They are by far the rudest most visibly unhappy workers I've seen. 4 or 5 of them standing at the window, playing on their phones and rolling their eyes. Not one smile to be seen. Wished I had the nerve to drive off after placing my order and sensing the tone of the store, but rather continued to give the benefit of the doubt only to regret it completely once I drove away.
