Arby's — Restaurant in Gadsden

I come here Regularly, Multiple times a week usually because I work late at night and the food is good (little pricey) and the people are nice. NOT TONIGHT! I got off Way early for a change but still came by (Monday April 29 so the manager knows when) at 10:05 and I was told they’d already closed down the front so they couldn’t get me a Coke Zero…. I come by here at 1:30 A.M. and it’s not a problem, but this employee can’t handle walking to the front of the store and put the nozzle back on? It’s never been an issue for other employees before. I have worked food service and removed nozzles. Seriously about 10 seconds, but that was just TOO much for them. Talk about lazy. If you can’t even handle this much, go home and live off the government because you Have to be disabled to be this lazy. Wait, no. I have worked with both mentally and physically disabled people and their work ethic was Much better. If I come by and hear their voice again I’ll just drive off cause I know they’re going to...

This is absurd, I work at an establishment down the road , and I used to love going here every night. One of the few places open late. I was a regular and got a buffalo chicken sandwich plain with cheese. Tell me why 2 out of 5 days, nearly the same days every week, mu sandwich was messed up. Normally I just call and they fix it the next day, But I live 26 minutes away. I suppose I should be checking my order, But in reality I think the expectation that my very simple regular order should be this hard for anyone of employment status to follow. This is the first review i've ever written, I've never been this baffled by the innabyility to follow simple instructions. You think the fifth time of having to remake my sandwich the next day they would get the hint. It's late, I'm hungry, I'm mad and yall need a new cook on Mondays...

Got a to go order tonight. Got home with my half pound roast beef sandwich and it was so greasy that the bottom of the bag was soggy. The box the sandwich was in had broken apart because of the grease. The beef itself was so thick that it was very tough and rubbery. My dog didn’t even eat it. I’ve gotten food from here before and was very happy, but tonight the sandwich I got was disgusting. Then, I tried to call to speak to someone. The phone rang 15 times and there was no answer. I think maybe someone needs to take a look at the night shift. Oh yeah and the potato cakes were cold and undercooked and the cherry turnover was stuffed into a fry box for some reason! The whole meal was just sloppily thrown together...
