The food as alwas was great. 4 issues which is the only reason its not a 5 star rateing. 1 on at last 2 diffrent ocassions I've ask for alot of pickles. They put maybe 10 on a foot long sub when i had said extra extra pickles. When i said more they added maybe 7. Now i like pickles and on a sub mounded is how i like them, i dont have a issue paying for extra, but the woman working the counter said she wasnt allowed to put more. I even offered to pay for more and she said no. Thats bad customer service. If i remember right the term is the customer is always right. They advertise that you can get a sub any way you want, i obvioulsy couldnt. This happened 2 times. I honestly cant say if it was the same woman or not but my guess would be it wasnt. Issue 2. Ive worked in the fast food industry before and i know as well as the next person that you dont leave a non fully trained person as the only worker. Yes this worker had worked at subway before but they hadnt been trained fully in the new menu aka the wraps. She had to suggest to get something else to 3 customers whaile i was eating due her lack of training. Thats a good way to lose customers. Issue 3. Bread subway advertises multiple kinds of bread includeing italian herbs and cheese. Yet out of the 9 times ive been to this resturant only 2 times have they had italian hebs and cheese. The excuses have ranged from the baker had burnt the bread and there was no more unthawed to its our most popular bread we run out fast. A easy fix to that last one is prepare more of it. If you know a product is in high demand you make sire you have enough to meet that demand. Analyize the sales for a week and make changes to your bread orders and cooking amounts based on the need. My final issue is beggars. If you know the area arround your store has beggars and its always the same ones dont let them in unless the can pay. On 2 seprate visits ive been accosted by beggers as i was walking out the bathroom door. Begging should not be allowed in a place of business like this. First off when i was accosted the first time said beggar was standing right next to the drink machine and had his very clearly unwashed hands all over the nozzle areas which means those nozzles were now not sanitary. Theres no telling what said person has disease wise or if the have a blood borne std if they had a open wound how that would affect the patrons. I choose to forgo the drinm that day suffice to say. Read moreI HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Subway Employee! I asked Robert many questions about the Subs of the day, price differences between the 12-inch Sub Meal and the $6.50 Sub Combo. He told me what I wanted to know, and was VERY upbeat about it! I was a bit drained from my walking, and He sensed that. Robert was very attentively doing what He could to create a Refreshing Atmosphere. As Robert made my Sub, He asked why I didn't prefer the yellow peppers, but wanted everything else. He told me that He didn't prefer Black Olives on His Sandwiches. And I realized that I preferred it from eating pizza. It wasn't used in a lot of dishes I had back in Louisiana. Turns out Robert was from Louisiana also. Pretty Cool. It comes down to this. My day wasn't the best. I thought I was just walking into a Subway to get an order filled and go on about my way. But that Guy Robert, He changed that for Me. He was Attentive to all the details of my Meal, found MANY common grounds for Good Conversation, and even told Me about His day and some about His Heritage. He wasn't putting on a show or 'Going Through The Motions.' I believed in His 'Positive Attitude Mindset' as well as His approach to Customer Service! That Location has its Challenges. If ANY Company is looking for That NEXT Manager to Train or That NEW Person to invest in... then think on Robert. This Guy would, I Believe, represent Your Brand in a way that is Relatable, Personal, and with a Positive Integrity Second-to-None! Read moreThis store has gone downhill, since it's been under new ownership. Do not order online for delivery or pickup from this location, if you're at work or in a hurry. You'll be very disappointed. If you do, make sure you habe time to check every item. My sandwich is never right. When I pay extra for avocado, that's what I want. They've failed to put it on my sandwich 3 times now. I always order the raspberry brisk fountain drink, cause its the one thing I can depend on, but today I recieved a cup of old, murky, sour tea. No ice. No sugar. When I called to complain all they have to say is, "We are out of Brisk. Sorry, I'll tell the girl." And then hang up. I won't be ordering from this...
