Ocean star restaurant — Restaurant in Garapan

Ocean Star is a pretty solid dinery with a relaxing atmosphere and above-average food. The menu ranges in its cuisines (Filipino to local to Japanese to Chinese), so expect variety. The customer service didn’t stand out too much, but was good nonetheless. The wait was not too long, and the dishes’ quality is, again, superb. I recommend getting buffalo or Korean chicken wings with any type of fried rice. Those dishes are, to me, their top-tier meals.

In layman’s terms, this restaurant does nothing wrong, yet doesn’t do anything too extravagantly for it to stand out from its contemporaries. That said, this place is still really good....

Ordered five things from the menu, only 1 was good. Stay away from their shrimp dishes. The shrimp weren't cleaned, shrimp poop city. Everything tastes like they dumped a bunch of sugar in it. Chicken dish was bland and tasteless, the sweet and sour pork had no breading on it. Fried rice had bacon in it and tasted weird. Beef broccoli was OK. Not good at all.. Prices are cheaper then other restaurants around, but there is a reason for it. Chinese food on the menu is so bad i tried amd was just shoked, couldn't eat more then 1 spoon. Wanta soup is the worst. Burger was ok, but nothing great, better to go to burger and grill place right in the next corner, pay 6$ more and eat a great American burger there. Not...
