Panda House Waffles Saipan — Restaurant in Garapan

For those who are super picky on pizza, this is my number one most favorite food food and I absolutely love New York Chicago style pizza, it is all about the sauce usually for me. Here they do not use too much sauce which I wouldn’t mind but their dough is absolutely best on island while The sauce and cheese is good in general. My absolute favorite pizza spots on island are godfather (for specialty pizza) and now this place (for plain pizza types) . reminds me of home. The owner is Italian but also from New York and I can’t wait to try their pasta alla vodka sauce…Mmmm . Not to mention you can literally get ice cream and delicious sweet tea or any other awesome food items all in the same restaurant...

The ice cream waffles and shakes are delicious. But we tried the food and it was not good. The Caesar dressing for the salad tasted like plastic or some kind of off putting chemical flavor, the pizza had little flavor and the crust was like cardboard as if it was frozen and then nuked in the microwave to oblivion, and the chicken wings had a funky taste. I’ll just stick to the ice cream next time and avoid the food.

Also the restrooms are always filthy. Full of cobwebs, dust, and the toilet always has spots of urine and other things everywhere. The sink is filthy too. I feel dirtier after washing my hands in there. The gas stations on island have wayyy...

Nice little place. Once you enter to your left there is a waffle dessert area. My son had a Mini oreo sundae. He only ate the ice cream part though, and to your right is the Panda restaurant.
