Brought my kids here while on Christmas holiday to Anaheim. It was about 45 min until closing, yet the front doors were locked. One of the 2 girls working eventually came to a side door and let us in, no apology or explanation. I wish I had left right then. The girls were indifferent towards us and any questions we asked (how many toppings on the brownie sundae, etc), audibly sighing/rolling eyes upon the realization that all 3 of us wanted diff things, even asking me if I was "totally sure" my son wanted the brownie sundae, my daughter a cone and a cup container for myself...? Yep, totally sure! 3 guys walk in a min later and it's clear right away they are the girl's boyfriend's or something, calling each other Bae, talking about plans to party later and 2 of them repeatedly running behind the counter to slap the girls on their butts.. At this point we are completely forgotten as they abandon anything to do with our order to start making the guys' milkshake, banana split and sundae. After a min I patiently remind the girls we're still here and need to go please. Reluctantly one finishes our order, but only after flinging hot caramel all over my 9 yr old's hand and sleeve with no apology or offer of napkins (none in any of the dispensers, I had wipes in my purse), filling my quart barely over 3/4 of the way full, and refusing to take a coupon for my son's sundae. All this while giggling and charging the guys each just the price of a waffle cone. I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. Looking at the receipt on the way back to our hotel, my son notices we're charged $2.79 for a $.79 topping and $1.99 for $.99 cone! Not to mention his (expensive!) brownie sundae had 2 tiny rock-hard brownie bits in it-- nothing like the pic! Sure glad I was charged an extra BS $3 to help pay for their bf's orders, all while being ripped off on our own! Another BR's is 10 min...
Read moreI've never ever in my life have dealt with anyone so rude. I walk in with 3 pint for a pint coupons and he said we could only use 1 per customer which is reasonable and I understand that. While he was serving one pint, all of a sudden he changes his mind and says "For this one time I'll do it for you." But he kept making the pint coupons such a big deal because they weren't scanning and he kept mentioning that this was fraud and where I got the coupons. He could of easily just said he can't take these coupons and leave it at that. He continually kept pushing it that these coupons were "fraud." Obviously you will get annoyed at some point, so I said I would just pay for them since it was such a big deal to him. Then he said "No no this one time I'll just do it for you." Like if you're going to let it pass for me then stop being rude about the situation. I felt like if I was a criminal trying to get free ice cream with fake coupons. No customer should ever be treated like this. Worst customer service ever ! I went to the Baskin Robbins on Katella and state college and my coupons were accepted and scanned. Never coming...
Read moreI went in today for the $1.31 a scoop special. I asked to sample a flavor and the guy barely gave me anything but I brushed it off. After, I asked for a second sample, he gave it to me reluctantly, rudely saying, "You can only sample one! You can't sample everything!" Again, I brushed it off. Later on as I was paying, another customer bumped into my ice cream scoop. Like ice cream was on him, etc, etc. The person who was serving me saw as well and refused to give me a different ice cream, saying, "There's nothing wrong with it! It's fine!" He just saw that the other customer bump into my cone. Usually, if the customer requests for a different cone, it would be no problem. I understand that there were a lot of customers and the ice cream was cheap, but you shouldn't treat customers so rudely! I won't be coming again. (His...
