So I heard about this place from an LA motovlogger. It sounded interesting and whatever. I come in and they're playing old 90s hip hop. Im not big on nostalgia but the vibes were immaculate. Tldr: Overall, I couldn't take good pictures because I dug in too fast, but the prices are decent and the food is excellent. Nothing pretentious or posh. Just good food. Lots of sauces. I got the elote dog and garlic fries. To my surprise they're very reasonably priced, at least for LA. 10 bucks for a signature hot dog, 7 for a big stack of fries with actual garlic on it lmao The main plate, the dogs, are really exceptional. They're thick and juicy and the toppings taste good quality. However, if you get the lobster roll option for buns, you'll probably need to use the knife and fork they give you. They aren't stingy with the toppings and you'll make a mess. So why should you drive around town for an expensive hot dog? I mean come on right? Well. The portions are big. The toppings are great, and the fries aren't overpriced and delicious. The main reason is that they have a hot sauce bar for you to adjust the dogs to your taste, and the variety is pretty substantial.

As a devoted food lover, Dirt Dog- Gardena, is a Southern California experience worth savoring. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a striking large wall mural of the Legends of West Coast Hip Hop, adding to the laid-back vibe that California is known for. The menu boasts a tantalizing array of options, from bacon wrapped hot dogs to birria tacos to fried Oreos! But when in doubt, you simply can't go wrong with a classic dirty dog and a side of filthy fries. Each bite is a flavor explosion that leaves you craving more. Refreshing beer on tap perfectly complements the bold flavors of the food and adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience. Overall, Dirt Dog in Gardena is a must-visit destination for any food lover in Los Angeles. With its inviting atmosphere, delicious food, and refreshing drinks, it's the perfect spot to indulge in a taste of the West Coast. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I went to Dirt Dog years ago and haven't been since. So I was pretty excited now that there is one closer to home. I got the Patty Dog and my wife got the limited edition Green Dog, then we shared the Filthy Fries. Everything was absolutely amazing and I really enjoyed the Patty Dog. Make sure you get your dog on the lobster roll, it makes it taste so much better. The Filthy Fries could have used a little less of the cheese sauce but they were still pretty good. The cashier was really sweet and made us feel welcome. My parents joined us and we all received our food in less than 10 minutes. It was also really cool to see them decorate for Christmas and it made the place feel even more welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that likes more than your plain old hot dog.

I stumbled upon dirt dog while charging my car and decided to try it. I have to say, it's expensive... 2 hot dog combos came out to 50 dlls with tip. We had the chili dog and the elote dog, both as a combo with garlic fries and a drink. The soda machine was broken and I said I would take agusa frescas if that was an option, yet we're charged 3.50 on top of each combo charge (make it a combo is 6 dlls and they added 3.50 on top... The fries are 4 dlls). They asked me if I wanted to sub regular hot dog bread for their lobster roll which they recommend and of course another charge. The garlic fries are very garlicky (too much in my opinion but some people love it extra garlicky) the food overall is very salty. The wiener is wrapped in bacon and the beef flavor gets lost with the rest of the ingredients. The restaurant was empty on a Saturday night... I wouldn't go back. I felt ripped off and tye food was mediocre (although the presentation was very...
