Worst experience ever! Placed my order with a chocolate malt in place of a regular drink, come to find out they don’t have any ice cream for the malt ... not only that but the cashier placed my order wrong, she put in chocolate milk. I went up with my receipt on hand to ask about the malt, the lady at the counter said “oh yeah we ran out of ice cream” I figure okay well I’ll get a regular drink so I ask for a cup, she tries to hand me a water cup all while the cashier said “ I thought she said milk”. At this point I’m starting to get a little upset, I ask for a fountain drink and she said that’s 2 bucks and change .. I look at my receipt seeing the milk was only 1.99 I go to get my bag for the dollar. I come back up to the counter hand her a 20 and she charges me the 2 and change after all is done I ask her if I’ll be getting the 1.99 back she said “ oh well you never told me they charged you “. I was livid and told her to just keep it I didn’t want to deal with incompetent people. Not once did a manager try and step in and IF she was manager she handled the situation poorly.. for starters a managers duty is to make sure everything is in stock. 2. Not once did she ask for my receipt to see what was charged, seeing she swindled me out a of the milk. 3. Communication between the two girls was poorly executed. The cashier should have told her I ALREADY charged her for the milk she already paid for a combo meal. Not only that but at the end of it all they laughed. These girls were clearly incompetent, they tainted my experience to ever return to Habit again. I gave it one star because it wouldn’t allow...
Read moreI went and picked up a order my wife placed online, I'm not 1 for checking the order just assumed all was in the bag. When I got home my wife said their were 2 orders of fries missing, so I decided to go back and get the fries, didn't take the bag back with me as people were already hungry, once I got back to habit and explained to the person I was missing the fries and showed them the receipt I was told "IM GONNA DO IT FOR YOU THIS TIME BUT NEXT TIME THE BAG OF FOOD NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT BACK" with a funky attitude. So I guess I'm in the wrong for not bringing the food back to which I woulda demanded the whole order be redone cause now the food is cold, told her I don't hv to lie about the items missing and her response was I'm following policy Sir with attitude still, So live and learn if you pu food make sure it's all their, or you'll have to jump through hoops where you'll feel like you're in the wrong, food is great and I understand mistakes can be made but don't need attitudes when it's not my screw up. Read moreI went to buy 3combo meals and about 2weeks ago. To begin with they all were made incorrectly. For it only being 1hour after they opened. They had there Fry's were cold Like they were sitting there since they opened. Our burgers were just thrown in the bag like if they were gonna feed a animal. I went on line to complain. Because you can't talk to no one. Went back to the burger place to have my order remade. And they refused to remake my order . they said they would contact me . they haven't yet. Also when I went in to have my order remade .the manager that was there the day I went to buy the 3combos. When I returned to the habit. He said to other manager and cook. That I had changed my mind. Poor management. Poor service. I will never eat there. And I'll make sure others are aware of the services, and management. For paying for 3combos. That really shows how they care...
