Waited 10 min to connect to pharmacy. No one picked up ! So I called one more time. Again, no one picked up! Thatās 20 minutes of being ignored!
I called and an employee for a favor, but she said she canāt walk over to pharmacy to get their attention. She was going to transfer me but I said no! Not another ten minutes!
Because I really needed my pills, I called again. They were quick to pick up the phone but when I asked someone else to slip the pharmacist a note with my message, he said that he canāt walk over there cuz he has to watch the front. I said isnāt there someone to back him up? He said, weāre busy now.
Finally a pharmacy manager āhelped meā by arranging my meds transferred from MD to CA. I thought thereās at least one person who knows how to treat a customer right.
Then two texts came through saying meds are ready to be picked up, and it had their phone number in it.
When I went to pick them up, the manager (I think the same guy) said, āwhat do you need?ā ...that thereās ānothing filled.ā āYour meds are ready in MD.ā
After all the frustrations I went through!! to transfer my meds from MD to CA. This got me upset again!
I said āsomeone made a terrible mistake.ā And I also said, ācancel everything!ā And drove off.
Their customer service is almost non-existent, For sure, no customer service in pharmacy! and inaccurate!
Terrible!
(However, Iām happy with the customer service at Walgreens in MD. They know how to provide good, timely, courteous, and efficient...

Their store customer service Adrian came out to help. i gave the information he needed and he went in the storage room to get my package. then two FEDEX employees arrived with a cart full of packages and they knock on he door. Adrian opens the door and let them in. after waiting and knocking on the door for a long time Adrian opens the door and the FEDEX guys starts to leave with another cart full of packages. I mentioned to Adrian that he bypassed me and helped the two guys and I had to wait too long . (he could have taken cared of me in less than ten seconds which he did after he went back to get my package a second time) He apologized for my wait and told me that my package arrived with the two FEDEX guys. I told him that I had proof on my email that the store obtained the package 2 days before. I had to wait for them to scan both cart full when I didn't have to wait longer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had left a review last month and I didnāt know they could delete reviews im sure cause i used the guys name and he is probably a manager or something he is a big dude and his name is Bryan if i remember correctly he is rude and acts like 4 pieces of paper comes out of his pay check! I had went to pick up picture for my sister and me and he was telling me all rude and whispering so other people around wouldnāt hear him he was saying one picture per household and i had tried to explaining me and my sister donāt live together he got defensive and started saying i couldnāt be picking it up for her and she has and i was saying that on the website it allows us to let friends pick it ip for us there is no reason to be rude over pieces of paper that arenāt coming out his paycheck and itās crazy to me that they come and delete reviews so other people wont see what we say about the workers but they need to do better with...
