(Had to finally give my review) The best places for Pho, in the area, I’ll tell you this one is by far the best Place, “hands down” for better quality overall the restaurants in the whole South Bay Area! The Real reason is 100% their secret, “The Broth” is what makes the dish amazing and different compared to the rest. For me most importantly my surroundings has to be 100% clean! I have not been disappointed! I can say they’re always on top of their game! Thank you! The obeisance is warm welcoming through the doors, clean atmosphere, (bathroom too) very chill, good music, good service every time! This place just opened in our community and we need more diverse Restaurants ran like this! With Integrity in Good service, quality food, clean safe atmosphere! This place is so busy now and popular for their food. Thank you for being one of my diverse “Go-to” kitchen! Good job well done “Hoan Pho Resturant” Owners! I'll keep it simple, these other reviews are bots or never had great pho. The broth tasted 0 sweetness, 0 flavor of bone/meat taste, spices overpowered entire flavor profile. Secondly after ordering our usual of pork spring rolls on the side when going to eat pho, they bring out some type of highly processed white pork slab in the roll similar to spam if it was bleached or deli meat. We tried it of course just for it to be an ever deeper disappointment. We also ordered egg roll and wontons after being disgusted by the spring roll, apparently not learning our lesson, just for it to be, not cold, but barely warm and mushy. Staff was friendly place was clean but that doesn't excuse expensive gross food. We literally paid our tab and left all of our unfinished, practically untouched food wasting 65 dollars and going to our usual spot after. I'm not a fan of pho daily down the street but even they are a better option but if you want the best we've been to go to Pho Consome down the street and enjoy authentic, amazing taste, and properly priced pho and sides.

Edit: After a reply to an honest review from the owner, saying staff were nice and place was clean but food was disgusting, the owner can't handle it and thinks I'm fake, I'm just a personal reviewer and he can't handle the truth I guess. Use real meat next time and easy on the star...

I wanted to give this place a chance because it had such high reviews but they must've paid for them because that was not the service I experienced. Upon entering they were very nice and greeted me, promptly seated, and gave me a menu; off to a good start but that's when everything went downhill. I was sitting there for well over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come take my order and it wasn't until I got up to the counter did they make an effort. I still don't even know if you need to order from the counter or from the table. I ordered the grilled pork with egg rolls, a staple dish that shouldn't be difficult to make, but apparently it is for them. 15-20 mins pass by and still no food until I make eye contact with one of the owners/managers and they go into the kitchen to see where my food is. Another 5 mins go by and finally my food arrives. I start adding my condiments and as if things couldn't get worse, they have hair in their chili oil. One thing after another and at this point it was clear they don't operate as well as people say they do. There was only 1 other group while I was there so being busy was definitely not one of the reasons. Frankly, the food looked good but after that whole fiasco, this restaurant should get training before trying to venture...
