Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Gardena

My opinion of this location has soured in the past months. I want to say since the last Super Bowl is when I first started to experience the long waits due to low staffing and since then it hasn't improved. I can't recall the last time seeing three people manning the store and even then I'd say that's not enough. Whomever is manning the store sees fit to leave just one person to run the whole place from 3:30 in the afternoon til closing. This is not just woefully inadequate, but also concerning when it comes to security.

The Golden Bowl down the street from where I live is roughly half the size of this place yet they're staffed with like six or seven people. This Flame Broiler still puts out decent food but I'm going to be avoiding coming back here, even if it seems like...

The white meat only chicken bowl, without any veggies and on white rice is always superb. I take it home and chop the chick's up really small with scissors, in a second bowl, then move half of the rice and chicken into both bowls (both need airtight lids), then heat up one bowl to eating temp. Finally, mix in three Magic Sauce cups.

Then I eat my fill. Normally I eat half a bowl per sitting. That makes four meals per purchase. Now that is what a 5☆ value, quality & quantity fast food purchase is to me. This restaurant & location is the best fast food kitchen in the Gardena area.

Was nearby and did Google restaurant search and located this shop. It had solid reviews, so I gave it try. Was pleased to say I agree with them all. It was a clean place with good food and service. It was less than an hour before closing on a Sunday night. Surprised he wasn't busy closing up the store. Worker/owner? put no pressure to me finishing up my delicious chicken vegetable Bowel.
