I came around 4pm on a Wednesday, there was five people working at first, but a sixth clocked in toward the end of my stay. Why does this matter? Perhaps because my medium Mango-a-go-go and Acai bowl with extra granola took 30 minutes to prepare and the service the entire time was ridiculously slow, unprofessional and lacking direction. There was no pep or friendly greeting from the first individual who took my order. 3 of the workers continued to go back and forth from the front and back rooms, each time they came from the back room/storage area they were eating. Two of the employees were finishing the food in their mouth as they took orders from customers. Another employee chewed food while make an order. Three pick up orders were picked up during my stay, all of which were already made prior to my arrival because when the delivery person picked up, the employees reached back into the coolers to grab the orders. At one point I was the only person in the store and the pace at which these people moved made sloths look like speedster rabbits. There was no sense of urgency, no coordination, and the youth of inexperience was shinning through these young 20 something year old individuals. They would benefit from a seasoned professional coming to train them on urgency, professionalism and customer service. To put salt in a wound, the remaking of the available bowl (initiated by the employees, not at my request), did not provide extra granola, so there goes .75 cents I'll never see again. Will I hurt for it? No, but this being one of the closer Jamba Juices in the area, it will suck to never go back here again for ease of use. They told me they don't deliver and I would have to call doordash. However, it already charged me and I called doordash. They said because it's through the app and my payment information was charged through the app aka Jamba juice. That I would have to get a refund from them. I even had doordash call Jamba juice and they said they were the least helpful and I should get a refund from them. However the manager would not give me a refund or help in any way. Also, On the app, it does not say it's through a third party and it does not give a third party confirmation order. All of this is through Jamba Juice. The manager should get fired. She would not help, would not give a refund (never got my order and it charged me extra for a delivery fee) and even hung up the phone on the doordash...
