2017 I didn't give this Braums location a 5 because it has an old and an unclean feel to it. The restrooms were for the most part clean but it's not "white glove" clean. Now it doesn't have to be but that's my comparison. Although there was no trash on the floor, you could also see visible "pee splashes" on the walls next to the urinal and there was gunk (seemed to be mold) on the seam and caulking of the sink area. For me, restrooms speaks volume about your establishment.

As I walked into the restroom (I didn't want to take pictures of it), I noticed lots of handprints or smears on the glass in the hallway. I then noticed the walls seemed dirty, it's as if it just needed a "touch up" or something. Maybe it needs a facelift.

But if I review the meal only, it tasted great and they got it right. I ordered two number ones where one was regular and the other was plain. They got the plain one right. And the fries were awesome. I also watched the guy make our burgers "in view" so that was good. It made me trust that my food was being cooked and made right.

However, back to the building, I think appearance can make or break an establishment. As good as the food is, I want to know that I'm in a nice location. We were so hungry and my daughter wanted Braums so we could use our coupons so this was the closest one. I'll end by saying I'm not a fan of the "look and feel" of...

Alright, I was giving this location the benefit of the doubt. I tried them again even though my last experience going inside sucked. I waited over 20 mins for my order, which they “bumped” off the screen so it was never made. Then when I got my order I had some fries that were still frozen. Just awful. This time, I went in again and ordered the spicy chicken meal. I got it within 5 mins! Awesome right?! Not when it comes to fried chicken sandwiches. They take at least 5-7 mins to fry, depending on the temperature of the grease. I got an old one as you can see in the picture I attached. Fries were fine but chicken sucked! I took one bite and threw the rest away. This location does not deliver when it comes to freshness or quality of product nor do they have customer service. The kid that rang me up, tall kid, man bun, and black cross dangly earring, didn’t even greet me. He got to the register and looked at me. I greeted him and then he said, “What’s up?”. Awful. Flies everywhere!!!! Lobby filthy! This was all at 5pm. The remodeled the look outside but they need to do the same with the staff inside in my opinion. Not good and...

We have had poor experiences at this location just about every time we’ve visited, but somehow think things will improve and continue coming back. Usually, it’s a rude employee giving off a major ‘I don’t care’ attitude, but this time it was a supervisor trying to over charge me. I got a junior shake and my daughter got a single dip sundae, free with a coupon from school. So subtotal $1.79. First they tried to charge me over $5, then when I said something about the coupon I gave them for the free sundae, they dropped the price. I was in a hurry and swiped my card without thinking. I was given the receipt for $3.02. I argued that it was wrong because the shake was only $1.79 and there wasn’t over $1 tax on that. She wasn’t going to budge and was hoping I’d just give up and walk away so she didn’t have to do more work (another girl was originally ringing me up and this supervisor was called over and she was really huffy about being busy, etc). I wouldn’t give up and she finally refunded (we’ll see if she did) the $3.02 and charged me just for the junior shake.
