I called about money being taking off my card when I used my points for a free hot beverage, The manager was not understanding nor trying too difuse the situation instead she was rude, disrespectful and said to me who is this (said my name) I said yes, now mind you I am a regular customer and come often and treated like my money being spent there isn't appreciated!! This manager was smart at the mouth and pretty much called me a liar in so many words, it's like she already had it in for me. On top of that she said I have the receipt right here, noooo she only took your points and on my end it's shows clear as day the money was scan off my card, what an insult, then she had the nerve to say you can call corporate office, WOWWWW!!!!! That's the last thing I would say knowing I'm in the wrong handling a customer who's a regular that way. Right is right, wrong is wrong! I refuse to be treated like I'm be neath you because you the manager/supervisor you can talk to customers any kind of way and be disrespectful and not understand what they're trying to say/saying and brush me off like you didn't have a care in the world. She has no customer service skills and poor communication skills as well!! I asked her for her name she said I do not feel comfortable telling you my last name, I said fine, I mean ridiculous all I had too go through, because I try to see if the money was scan...
Read moreI have to say that I'm pretty turned off by my new "local" Starbucks, since we just moved to Garner. I'm a gold card member, and have been since 2013...5 years and running! I have visited Starbucks shops all over NC, up and down the east coast, and even in Key West.
This one has only 2 options for sugar free flavored syrup and sauce: vanilla and cinnamon dulce - which I think we can all agree are just plain and "eh, so-so", respectively.
Where are the Sugar Free Caramel, Hazelnut, Toffee, Almond, and Irish cream syrups?! And the sugar free chocolate and caramel sauces? Ok, the peppermint and pumpkin pie (which I'm not a fan of) are only seasonal, and coconut is only for limited time specials - but they come in sugar free too!
I can only assume that the coconut and almond flavors are gone because they have coconut and almond milks now - they're great, but it's not the same and adds more sugar. So the new "toffee nut" is no longer toffee and almond syrups, but instead full strength sugar toffee syrup and almond milk.
Toriani carries MANY more flavors in Sugar Free...and this place only has vanilla! Are you kidding me?! I've seen more flavors than that in the Harris Teeter Starbucks locations (and McDonald's for...
Read moreI used to love this Starbucks until I was not denied a refill but given an extremely challenging time for requesting one. I literally go out of my way to go there and was very shocked. There man working there kept emphasizing he didn't work at the store. And that was policy. The woman that worked there whom I see almost each time I go in was very rude to me. I patron this particular Starbucks at least 3-4 times per week. When I explained I was just there which clerk served me the woman that's actually in the picture was the one that said "I worked last night and didn't see you) that was me after I tried to explain and showed my app to show how many times I frequent that particular Starbucks. After I expressed how disappointed I was in their service. And that I would call corporate. They both then complied. Very sad. Very tiring. The problem is the policy should he consistent and everyone should follow it so customers like me aren't treated rudely and contradictory. Otherwise I truly love Starbucks will absolutely not go again. And it's sad because the staff there is generally supurb. And consistent. Is why I...
