Giving this establishment zero stars even though it will only let me post if I give it one star! Terrible customer service. I have never experienced anything like this. Ordered a pizza at 11:05pm. All business hours including on the door say 12:00 closing time. Order processed and email received saying it was confirmed. Our debit card was processed already so we thought nothing of it. Estimated time of delivery came and went. No email to cancel, no phone call, no text message. Tried calling and was left on a message loop for over 17 minutes. Show up at the store and other customers are there as well. All saying they ordered over an hour ago and received no notification of cancellation. Demanded to speak to manager. A large man comes to the door and says they are short staffed, he is the general manager and he received permission from the District Manager to close at 11:00 pm. He states the money will be refunded and we can go to Food City to get food. I ask for the District Managers name stating I would need to talk to him tomorrow and was told âgood luck with thatâ because he was out of town in another state. I ask for District Managers name and he says he is the manager right now multiple times so I ask for his name and he says âI do not need to give you that.â And slammed and locked the door in my face and walked to the back of the store. I donât know what kind of food business cancels orders and doesnât notify anyone. And I have never had any manager act to us the way this man did. He was extremely rude.    Read moreBack with an update 7 months after giving 4 stars. I am a local who orders quite regularly. Depending on who is making the pizzas here, they can turn out soooo good or meh. My issue is this. Our delivery guy this time apparently had no gps system in his vehicle. We live where there isnt very good cell service (like many places in Gatlinburg, especially mountain rental cabins), and apparently he could not find us. We do not live in a VERY remote place, it's quite accessible. We got a message that said 'our pizza has been delivered' and it hadnt. The app made us call them about the issue, so I had to drive out some for cell service. It took me two hours to get ahold of someone at all, and they were not friendly. The manager Sierra basically blamed it on us saying they had tried to call us, and couldnt find our house. So when they couldn't, they just put our prepaid pizza in as delivered, and went on with their night? Yes, that's what happened. Sierra said...'well we tried to call you and noone picked up. I can get a guy out to you eventually, but hes on multiple runs right now, and I dont know when he will get to you.' Just wow on the customer priorities. Wow on the bad customer service. We are such loyal customers, but this local will be ordering Papa John's from now on. Their customer service is simply way better than the nightmare I went through last night. If you are on a mountain in a cabin at all DO NOT order Dominos. If they cant find you, they will try to just take your money. My refund will take up to 48 hours as well.    Read moreDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Would be zero if I could! My wife and I went to Gatlinburg on 2/15/19 for our honeymoon. We called to order pizza at 9:30 and was told it could be up to an hour to hour and a half - I didn't mind we were late ordering it and understood they were busy - Lots of activities going on in town and lots of groups also in the area. Again, no big deal - Well I notice on the app that my pizza was checked a second time for delivery and was ready at ten. I called at 11 to find out what was taking so long. They said it was only 2-3 drivers and it would be just about 30 more for me to receive it. He would be out to deliver it in 15 or 20. I said that fine - Called again at 1130 to see what the status was. At first, they couldn't find the order. Then, they did find it and said ti still was waiting to be delivered. I advised the woman on the phone to just cancel the order and refund my money to my card. I would be going to bed now and wouldn't eat it anyway. 12 AM hits and someone bangs on the door - GUESS WHO! Domino's with my pizza and drinks - Well I take the order food is cold as hell - I called the store and told them to make sure i'm refunded still because I had told them 30 minutes ago to cancel my order so i could sleep - The manager got on the phone - SCREAMED at me about how I shouldn't order pizza if i'm going to sleep and the proceeded to berate me on the phone - The manager will be contacted by corporate on Tuesday since I was able to get in touch with someone at headquarters yesterday! ...
