Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Gaylord

Jets pizza is always great and this was no exception. Inasmuch as service is concerned ..... the folks here are extremely nice and friendly and have good personalities. BUT, Jets locations are always supposed to have slices ready for walk-ins. I came in and asked if they had slices ready, and the guy said, I'll check ... so he walked back to the kitchen, came back in a moment, and said, "4 minutes". So I ordered and paid for 2 slices. 12 minutes later there was still no sign of my slices. So I went back up to the counter and told them I was still waiting for my slices. They seemed to have no recollection of me or my order. Had to ask me my name again. They said, "just a minute", so I waited 3 more minutes and they finally brought me my slices, with an extra one added to make up for the wait. So I waited over 15 minutes for slices that are always supposed to be ready and available. Not such a terrible thing, but an inconvenience when I am travelling and every minute spent waiting means another mile lost. I really like that they have two tables with chairs and napkins that you can sit and eat at. So much better than eating...

Ordered a pizza and then 10 minutes past the time it was suppose to deliver called. They said they came to our house and knocked and no one answered and they saw a small child running around. They called the number on the order which they say was wrong (could have been but I order from there all the time so they could have looked up the info) Anyways thay claimed to be sending our pizza back out. 1 hour later called back up and they said the driver was out and would deliver it. Void the order so it would be free of charge for the inconvenience. Another 35 minutes called them back and they were closed. No pizza delivered. Apparently Austin who I talked to must have lied somewhere and I know the driver was lying because my curtains were practically closed. This is the second time we have waited hours for pizza that never came. First time the girl never put the order in. Do not recommend them to anyone. Will no longer get our business. Rather...

Stepped in to order and the health dept lady was in front me then the guy behind the counter Ed, was so rude to me because I wasn’t sure what kind of salads they have because it’s been years since I’ve been to a jets pizza, I ordered a salad and then thinking I’d get my one slice of pizza to eat while I waited for my salad to be made I was wrong so I kindly asked if I was aloud to get my pizza slice to eat bc I was on lunch from work and he had not even asked the worker to make it yet bc he was busy with the health dept lady , smh, I got my slice and still after 20 minutes was waiting on my salad and after being raked down to and hung up on prior to coming in3 times , I’ll never be back on a lunch time , then I was given my salad and had to wait another 3 min to ask to buy one more ranch cup!
