The girl in front who might be a manager not sure … if she worked for me I would have fired her within 30 seconds with that arrogant attitude … rolls her eyes doesn’t smile gets mad when taking my order looks annoyed .. I let that slide … I ordered tuna sandwich and 2 slim ham sandwiches . The tuna was dark and dry and seemed old like bottom of the barrel … I legit took one bite … one .. I went up front nicely and told the young man the tuna didn’t taste well and was dry and asked if I could get a Vito sandwich instead … she interrupted the conversation and said what’s the problem ? I told her it was dry and old and didn’t taste well and she proceeded to give me yet again nasty attitude and said well whatever we made it yesterday so … I said well .. if that’s true check it and try it yourself it doesn’t taste well and I’m not happy … she then said well I can’t take your food you bit into it .. I said ok I’m here to show you it so you can see it .. check your tuna .. and that I took a bite she snatched it out of my hands and tossed it and said fine this one time I’ll make an acception .. I said acception for what ?? I paid … this doesn’t taste good I’m nice about it and asking for a Vito sandwich instead .. I told her your mean and rude how you speak .. she ignored and answered the phone . I would never come back looking at that face and that attitude no customer service skills at all and to talk to customers as if they are beneath her and I owe her something . We avoided ordering from here for a couple years because of bad experiences, like ordering for delivery only to be called to be told there’s no driver on staff.. in an idiot move, we tried to order again recently. They were out of pickles that time, which fine… it is what it is.. see picture of bread though. That’s the best proofing they can do? For a company known for its bread?? As a glutton for punishment, we tried to order again today, only to receive a phone call telling us they’re out of pickles AGAIN… disappointing like the last time, but it is what it is.. EXCEPT they can’t refund the $2 for the pickle. They can throw in chips, which we didn’t want, or something “of similar value”, or cancel the entire order. give me a break… absurd to cancel the whole order, after waiting 15 minutes, only to get back into line behind all the other orders and start over. We went to Jersey Mike’s instead. If you are really craving JJs, I suggest the one in STC off e main by Target. They once forgot a sandwich topping and delivered us an entirely new sandwich. Read moreOrdered online with no issue- received an email that the order was placed at 12:59PM. about 25 mins pass so I check the email for tracking- clicked the tracking button and it made me sign into the website so I did- shows no order on my history so I called the store number that was in the email. When they picked up I said I ordered online and was wondering if i can check my status and she didn't ask me my name or details and said they have 2 drivers and they took the order 20 mins ago and he had a few other orders with him, then she hung up. No what's your name or let me look for you. Another 20 mins go by so I call again an a guy picked up I told him what happened with the last call and asked where is my order and he asked my name saying well he left 30 mins ago and your the 3rd stop so it should be any minute- I told him I called 20 mins ago then I ordered over an hour ago but still nothing.
