Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgetown

I don't know why I keep giving these guys another chance. Every pizza I've ordered from this location has been sub-par, at best. My last pizza was about 1/3 air bubble. They can't even cut a pizza correctly, half the pizza is usually very large slices, half very small...and even then, they can't manage to cut all the way through the crust.

For today's order, about 10 minutes after the pizza was supposed to be delivered, the manager called me to inform me that the delivery driver's car broke down. He didn't apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience. He said it'd be another hour before they could deliver, or offered to schedule the delivery for later.

I asked why they couldn't just make new pizza and send another driver. The manager informed me that they only have 1 driver. How does a pizza delivery company function with only 1 driver? I guess that explains why it always takes so long to get a delivery from them.

I won't be ordering from them again. Based on their 3.5 star rating, I'm apparently not the only one who's had problems with their poor quality and...

I ordered an Italian sausage pasta and brownies. I received chicken alfredo. I called to let them know and the communication between me and the young man was very unorganized. He kept asking questions and talking to his co-workers and kept putting the phone down. Finally I hear him say "here she is." And a lady gets on the phone. Ok, so why did you just hand her the phone?? So I explain to her what happened and she stated they will make my order again and send it out free of charge. Ok that's fine. So after I get off the phone I go to eat one of my brownies and they are undercooked. I had to put them in the oven until fully cooked. By now I'm just like whatever, I just want my pasta. Then the driver shows up with my food. The pasta is over cooked and burnt. Half the pasta is sticking to the side of the pan. I didn't bother calling back. They've already been out here twice. I will qualify by this saying I always apply the coupons and order in the app, so my experience may be different than all the old people complaining about their deals/phone orders ...

My order has always been correct and the discounts applied correctly. The app coupons make this the best deal in town. The pizza has always been cooked perfectly and exactly as ordered. Domino's is definitely the family favorite thanks to this location. I order in the app and then drive to the store and the pizzas always ready when I get there.

I also get the sense that everyone there enjoys making pizza. I could be wrong, but Ive seen a dude tossing the dough like the old days and layering the toppings with a smile on his face.
