We were a regular customer of this Jimmy John’s ordering subs once a week, which up to this point had always been great. On 5/11/22 we placed our usual order of two Italian subs, and what we got was a few pieces of meat, hardly any cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onion, no condiments. We put in a complaint which went to the corporate office. They responded that franchises are individually owned and they would pass this along to the owner. We have never gotten an apology or any refund for subs missing a lot of ingredients and that we paid full price for. It’s not even in the acceptable range of cleanliness, The employees are like robots with absolutely no personalities. Today was the last time we will go there. The bread was old (definitely not made today) and the tuna was extremely salty. Brought it to the attention of an employee. First time I had gone in they botched the order and made it without a few options id added..
2nd time in a bit coming here and I swear I gave them a 11 country club giant... no lettuce, no tomatoes, add onion, bacon, sauce, and oregano...
I end up with 12... to which they sloppily remade into a 11, and served it back to me after I was nice enough to let them retry....
I love jimmy johns but this one here will most likely botch the order and leave you guessing what you got... please keep an eye on the staff and tell them...
