Arby's — Restaurant in Georgia

Usually I come here and the service is great. All new staff in here now and they’re incredibly hostile and rude. I was trying to place the same order I’ve placed here 100x and with the new team- they treated me like I was being interrogated for a crime or something. Told me that the sliders I ordered when I asked to add lettuce a very loud and rude woman came blaring through the drive thru box and says to me “THESE SLIDERS ARE THROWN IN THE MICROWAVE SO DO YOU WANT YOUR LETTUCE MICROWAVED TOO OR WHAT?” I’ve literally ordered this 100x and they’ve always added lettuce for me. The sliders were over microwaved the chicken was hard and dry. I’m almost shocked to hear that these are microwavable sandwiches, I feel duped l because before they were always made so well. They asked me to pull forward and wait, and when the gentleman brought them out to me, he said nothing at all, and just stuck the bag in my face. No, have a good day, nothing at all. This place is usually decent however going through the drive-through the lady taking your order sounds extremely irritated and very bland/rude as well as handing me a bag and then shutting the window in my face without giving me an opportunity to ask for anything additional. Customer service here is seriously lacking with this one maybe she's having a bad day. Then I look inside the bag and the packets of ketchup are covered in some kind of cream colored, yellow, slimy mess. I asked her for new catch up and she hands me a handful and says is this good enough and they are all covered in the same goo. She tells me she doesn't know that they are all like that. I think if I were the manager of this establishment I would probably be a little more thorough and making sure that my coworkers were maintaining their area. That's...

Usually a top pick for our family but last week when we came in from the rain there was no one at the register. We waited. They looked over and saw us standing there but kept having their personal conversation in the back. Yeah we could here everything. When they finished the conversation they walked over to the register with no care for us. I was already leaving. I looked at my husband and said NO we are not about to find out how long it will take to take our order and get our food. I was very irritated! My husband has a limited time for his lunch break. I then left with my baby in my arms in the pouring rain again and went next door to panda express. They got 5 stars for being amazing that day.
