Chick'nCone — Restaurant in Georgia

I wanted to try this place out and was alright with our food and experience. There were a couple of pros and cons to this place for sure. I’ll go in order to show the good and bad.

GOOD The food was delicious! It was cooked properly and I can tell that the worker did like working there. The amount of seating was abundant. There were a lot of options and places to sit. The aesthetic is very pleasing, including a statement claiming the restaurant was “clucking good” which gave us a few laughs. The location is placed in a nice spot in The Collection. You can have a nice lunch or dinner here and head straight for a movie nearby, or head to Great American Cookies or a Le Macaron for a fresh dessert right next to you (if you aren’t sugared-out already)!

BAD The prices. For two chicken & rice bowls, two bottles of water + tip, it was near $35 dollars for two people to eat. I would say it’s quite ridiculous. When we ordered our food, we ended up buying two water bottles. We never got them with our order, most likely because our food took a bit longer to cook than expected due to the fact only one person was working here, and he simply forgot. He seems very nice but we need more employees to make this experience more efficient and orderly. We ended up having to buy another drink when we already paid nearly $35. We paid $3 in cash but we didn’t get our change. It should’ve been 50 cents back but we never received it. Drink options weren’t available. We ended up getting a soda instead of a water bottle and the machines didn’t have full drinks. One drink option was completely covered so we couldn’t even see what it was. Bathroom was LOCKED. Yeah… Locked. I tried opening it and it wouldn’t open, not sure about that…

So yeah, my experience was pretty mediocre to say the least. I was a bit disappointed and surprised since I heard this location was very well known to be a good place for some chicken. Not sure I would come again, but I am happy for the experience.

This is one of the reviews that are difficult for me. The reason being lot of people love Chicken with Waffles but for me being Desi I can’t mix Sweet (waffles) with savory(chicken). So if you are one like me and also from Gen X it might not be a treat you normally expect. Now if we keep that aside, they have 3 main items in menu, we ordered Chicken Strips and ChickNCone. We made a mistake of ordering sauce on side, I would highly recommend for everyone not to do that. Among all the sauces only Buffalo is worth it, all others are kind of NoGo. One thing I would mention that quantity was less for the price. So all in all, it was a OK experience but i might not come back again due to my own personal choices and quantity of food. But if you are ok with those two things, this is the only place to grt Zabihah Chicken n Waffles.

Just had a very bizarre experience here.

What we ordered - 1 supreme pizza but asked if they could keep the chicken on one side and the pepperoni on another instead of mixing it. Also ordered 1 chicken tender but then at the last minute I said “make that 2 instead”.

What we received after over 30 minute wait: 2 pizzas. - One half tandoori and half pepperoni (as requested), one only pepperoni (that no one ordered) and 3 chicken tenders (turns out we were charged for 3 instead of 2).

Was something lost in translation? How could they get it so wrong? I think we were very clear when ordering and even clarified 2x to make sure we were on the same page. (At first the cashier thought we wanted one pizza split into 2 boxes?? And then we clarified again saying, supreme pizza but keep the protein separate on halves)

They refunded the 2nd pizza (that they kept).

Chicken tenders are very bland salt wise without a dipping sauce.

Pizza was extremely cheesy and greasy and limp. Too much water oozing from the bell peppers and onions made for a soggy pizza. Do...
