I visited this location often as it is 4 miles from my home. I went on 06/15/2024; around 10:30pm(time on the receipt), the location extended their hours of operation to 11pm. I waited in line to place my order and was told they were out of white rice. I asked if I could have a sample of the brown rice to see if I liked it. I told the gentleman the brown rice was acceptable. They were low on chicken so we got less than a spoon full in each of the three bowls that I ordered. As we moved farther down the line, we learned they were out of corn and sour cream. Low on cheese. Paid for my food, I asked for dressing and they were out. I do not eat chipotle w/o the dressing. I spent $28 dollars. I had to spend another $30 at another restaurant because chipotle was out of dressing. I’ll go back today for dressing for my order with my receipt in hand. I’ve had this issue in the past but it doesn’t appear mgmt. cares. You’re cheated on your protein and they are always out of items. Let customers know up front and we can make our choice before we come in the restaurant and waste our money. When you ask the employees why they cheat you out of food choices especially protein they tell you they are trained to give less and they can get fired. I don’t want more than what I paid for and I shouldn’t have to pay extra by asking for my portion size that should be include with my food. I was offered a free drink for a $28 order where they were out of more items than they had available. If I go back and this happens, I will cancel my order mid way through. Lastly, sometimes when you go the line is nasty. Food all over the counter, food mixed together which is is not cool because of food allergies, and not changing gloves after they touch other things such as cash register, their body, trash, etc. DO BETTER!
In response to your reply, I went through the app and noted my concerns but just like customer service and your reply, it falls on death ears. I was offered a free drink. I don’t drink sodas. I can afford to pay for my own food but you guys need to actually address concerns from customers not ignore them. Thanks for your...
Read moreI am writing this review to shed some light at the lack of professionalism, customer service, and quality of food of this particular location. I’m a frequent customer, and the last few times I’ve came here, I’ve noticed some tremendous changes. Let’s start with customer service. A business thrives off of customer service, as the people you all hire are the face of your company. The moment you enter the building, you are suppose to be greeted. The lady with the candy corn for teeth looked absolutely dreadful as she barely made eye contact with me, and had not one bone of customer service. It was honestly depressing. Thank goodness I had my app, for free guacamole, as I was shorted. It had air bubbles all in the container. I get to the counter and requested 4 dressings, per usual, there is never an issue, until today. The lady lets me know there is a new policy that is 2 per salad. I asked to see this policy, as a proper policy is suppose to be printed and displayed if this were truly the case. Nevertheless, I ended up getting my 4 dressings. The manager came out and asked my what the issue is, and as I started explaining she cut me off saying I got my dressing and asked me to go along my way. I promptly cut her off, and made her aware that she asked me what the issue was, so I’m going to finish speaking until I was done. You don’t ask someone what the issue is, then attempt to cut them off…. After this review, I’m going to send an email to the regional manager and converse about the lack of customer service this location has. Last but not least… if you don’t like your job, please work elsewhere. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t be subjected to your...

This store is located in a very busy spot, has a huge kitchen bigger than any other Chipotle kitchen I've ever seen, has a drive-through (which is rare), etc. Basically, it is set up better than most other Chipotle stores out there. But what's the point if the store manager is not doing their job and allowing this location to become a pigsty?
I went in at around 4:30 pm on Monday. There was one table dining and one car at the drive-through. There were 5 to 6 employees on clock but only the drive-through person was working. The rest were standing around chatting while the place was super messy with food ingredients scattered all over the countertops, etc. So that wasn't just one or two employees being lazy and not doing their job. This whole place probably has a major issue with work ethics and that's something the manager would be responsible for.
Also, I'm not sure if this is on the employee that packed my order or the manager is instructing employees to be as stingy as they can be, but the protein portion for my order was stingy beyond imaginable. Didn't Chipotle get into issues due to stingy portions? Didn't corporate Chipotle even apologize about that and promised to give fair portions? I guess this store didn't get the memo yet.
I haven't had Chipotle in months due to all of these factors that form into one big letdown. In that time, I let all my rewards points expire and even let a BOGO offer expire because Chipotle had deteriorated that much and was just not worth my time anymore. I guess nothing's changed so I'll see you again in a few months when I check back in to see if you've...
